Our land has a few fenced in areas recently used for cows so they aren’t full privacy fences. If you are worried about your companion running off please note that this property is unfenced surrounded by corn fields. This is PLENTY of space to roam, a trail to a pond, and lots of scents to smell. We do not allow pups getting in the pond, for your safety and your pups

The yard is surrounded by an enclosed chain link fence so your pup can roam and play freely! Space is equipped a few dog toys, poop bags and a water bowl for drinking. The space also includes a sitting area for humans. Space is illuminated in the evening.

All natural grass kept cut fairly short. No fertilizers or chemicals ever applied to land, just natural field grass/weeds. Large space with some shade along either wood line.

If your looking for a place your dog can run freely and safely, this is the spot for you. We have dog toys, water bowls, a hose, and a doggy pool (weather permitting) that can be enjoyed on hot summer days. For our human friends, comfy chairs, a fire pit (upon request), and a large umbrella are available for your enjoyment. Private entrance in/out of yard. Of note: there are two pest control boxes around the perimeter of our yard. They are completely pet safe, as we have two dogs of our own. Please reach out if you have any concerns!

Our dogs will be kept inside at all times while you are there. We are a private home that sits on 3 acres of mostly open field in rural Cape May (south of the canal). 14 acres of State land border our property and we sit a half mile off the road so your dog is fairly far from traffic. There are no current dogs in our household but we pet-sit dogs under 40# and we do walk them at various times of the day on a leash around the property. They cannot have any interaction with Sniffspot dogs so your time slot must be adhered to. We also freerange our hens and let them out by 11 am. So sunrise until 11 am are our hours your dog can come run and sniff.
