Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! We have added some play areas for your pups including a sand digging spot, a tether tug and tunnel. **Very soon we will have frisbee golf baskets for you to enjoy while your pup plays. Bring your own discs *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction! Soak up the vintage and rustic charm of Kentucky! We're nestled on top of a ridge with 200 acres of land you can explore while visiting. We have a pond and a large creek that runs right through our property. We have beautiful rolling hills that make for a great landscape to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Our puppy loves to run around our property. We have a barn with concrete patio with folding chairs for you to enjoy the shade. There is a large dirt hill that my children and dog love to dig in. We have an outhouse (no running water currently at the land) that needs to be locked up after use to keep large animals out. There is a woods behind our barn that we do not travel in much as it does not have paths yet. However, if you like to explore with your dog, you’re able. There is an old fence line within the woods to distinguish the line. The king driveway is a perfect turn. For our dog as we drop her off and let her run back to the barn. Please ask any questions!

We offer 2 SniffSpots in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, fenced or unfenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. SniffSpot 1 is an unfenced, mowed, 1/2 acre, open field, with shaded seating and scenic views. SniffSpot 2 is a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. Garbage cans, Dog drinking water, hose/spigot, and refreshments are available. 8 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Huber Heights, Ohio Welcome to our puppy play land! We have 8 acres, including a pond, creek, trails and woods you and your dog can play in. We welcome you and your pup to come play and run free. Your pup can swim in the pond, or play in the creek, or just run the trails past the creek. We ask that you clean up after yourself and your pup, there is a trash can at the barn, along with a pooper scooper and baggies. This is our main residence and there are cameras all around our property, just for your information.

Hi there! Welcome to Brookville. We are on a little over 2 acres, outlined in the aerial photo. The blue section is fully fenced in! There’s a swingset, and a trampoline If you’re having kids tagalong. We do have dogs that are friendly to play if that something you’re interested in, however, very very reactive dog friendly. The pool is fully fenced in and not accessible 🫶🏻 You’re welcome to use the fencing area or just have your pup run the entire property.

The front half of the property is well groomed and beautiful. There is no need to worry about chemicals! The back half is our wild area where we weekly mow to maintain our walking trails!! When walking the trails, you'll be able to possibly see horses, and here the occasional chicken, goat, or cow!

The backyard is fully fenced, 1 acre sniff area. Our small farm is the perfect place for dogs to explore all the smells! Farm Animals, wildlife, and rotating foster dogs give this place lots of scent. Tug ropes hang from the trees, Fresh Water is available as well as a kiddie pool & pond. Domestic animals will be moved to a secure area during your pups session. Enjoy! The back pasture is available as well in our extras tab. 10 acres of praire is a serene place to go for a walk. A longline has been provided (suitable for small - med dogs) & Behind the barn is a digging spot! A Swiftpaws Lure course & a grooming station can be made available in the extras section.
