There is a shed by barn that has dog bowls and toys and treats with bags and hand sanitizer as well as long line leashes if you dont feel confident with your dog being completely off leash at first. Please feel free to use them! Hose is available to be used as well and is out hanging on the gate. To turn hose on you have to go into the barn downstairs, you will see it attached in the little separate front room right inside barn door.No animals currently in pastures which is why im renting it out so it can be used and enjoyed however there may still be some leftover hay bailer twice pieces and horse manure in field so please be aware of this! There is a pond in the one south field and the fencing is livestock fencing and could use some work so smaller dogs would likely be able to get through however You know your dog best so you can choose if the fencing works for you or not. It is along the main road (Hwy 35). The fencing is in as is condition but if you need some extra space for your furry friend(s) to run and play mine sure enjoy it! There is a small 10x10 shelter in the one field and a barn with lights up top. Power and wifi (Bramwell95) are available to be used if needed, feel free to use anything in the shed up top by the main gates for your dog(s) :) Parking can be up by barn gate or you can drive onto the large grassy front yard area and park anywhere on there too. We are located only 10 minutes west outside of Peterborough. Our property is home to wildlife such as turkeys and deer - although it may be rare to spot them. **WINTER DISCLAIMER** Due to the size of our property, our trails are not plowed during the winter so we highly recommend wearing winter boots, spikes, snowshoes to enjoy the trails.

With great walking trails, open fields and dog friendly swimming access on the Otonabee River; all within 5 minutes of my property. Or rather; Clover's PAW-some 🐾 Agility FUN Park, that is! Which, though not fenced, is half surrounded by a thick cedar hedge, has more than 15' of property line trees/lilac hedge, two 8' wide sheds and our 20' wide garage surrounding the back yard and agility course. I know how important it is for reactive dogs to have a safe space, and I’m glad that we can offer them that :) In the summer the 1 unfenced tree line becomes thick and full with greenery offering complete privacy. There is a hill for the dogs to run up and down to really get a good exercise in!

It is a good walk through the natural forest of pines, maples, and oaks. A nice peak with Lake Muskoka views to one direction and sunsets to the other. A creek cuts through near the back, where you will find the foot trail and a wooden crossing bridge. If you hope to spot wildlife, this is a good spot. We've seen families of deer, a lone turkey, and newly hatch Robin families. Plus, there are plenty of squirrels and chipmunks to chase.
