Welcome to my backyard hideaway! Open space for pups to run & smell all the smells! 6ft high privacy fence all the way around with latching gate. Next door neighbors have a couple dogs, ducks & chickens, can’t see them or access to them but adds for some fun sniff spots for doggies. Recently Added a small chicken wire fenced off area on the side of my neighbors with dogs (2-3ft) so their dogs don’t bark on the other side of fence when in use. Rope tug on tree to get some exercise, chuck it ball & thrower for use, splash pad and small pool 😊 Shaded, screened in patio for seating for you to enjoy as well with turf as well.

Property includes a swing set, pool, trampoline, and garden beds. Please be mindful of the garden! Gate entrance is to the left of the house. The gate is a little tricky, but secure. We live on a great mixture of fields and clear, walkable woods drenched in live oak canopies. We are surrounded by farm land, and your dog may encounter some nose sniffs from the neighbor’s cattle through the fence. Your dog is sure to also enjoy the lingering scents of wildlife that roam our property, such as deer, raccoon, ducks, opossum, and much more. We live off of a rural, two lane road with little traffic. The surroundings of our property are serene for our human guests, and freeing for our canine ones, who want some nature without disturbance.

My yard is full of green grass, and fully fenced an occasional squirrel may enter my yard, they like to fun with the dogs.

Partially wooded 2 acre spot at the end of a dirt road. Dogs can be heard in the distance but not seen. One outside cat who thinks he’s a dog and has no fear so please no cat triggered dogs as I’d like to keep my buddy alive and well. He has several hiding spots and may stalk you 😂 It’s very quiet over here, no zooming cars or loud music. Plenty of birds chirping, space for long walks on or off leash, and very peaceful for the dogs as well as the humans. I might even offer you coffee if I’m home at the time. Trash is at the top of the drive and dog 💩 bags will be provided. Working on getting a hose for water accessible to both acres
