Come enjoy our 1.5 acre property! The property is partially fenced. The property is completely fenced across the front of the home, parallel to the road. It sits on. The property is then fenced on one side of the yard by a wooden fence and trees, but not fully enclosed at the back. The other side of the property is not fenced, but has a very dense tree wine that offers security. the final border of the property is a stream. The stream is wonderful for splashing in and running in, drinking from, and being partially submerged in. The water level does very throughout the year, I have not lived on the property long, but I have personally seen the stream go dry in extreme heat for a few days, as well as being deep enough for a small dog to get swept down it. Probably 50% of the property is lawn, 30% wood, and about 20% tall grass/wetter area/muddy areas which your dog is welcome to dig in. We have off street parking, trash cans, and a hose available for drinking or rinsing your dog.

Fenced and more fenced for safety. The yard is sectioned off. You have direct access to River but if you do not the fence prevents dogs and humans from reaching the water. Sit in the middle of the yard and let your dog or dogs run wild. We have dog toys and balls in a box for your use. Do not be shy about opening up an umbrella. If it’s there use it. If you need anything and see us outside - just ask. We love dogs and are very accommodating. We are constantly in process of updating the backyard and garden. There might be stuff out in yard and we try to keep it contained.

Located 5 minutes from route 81 and the Walmart in Central Square, NY SPRING TRAILS! As the snow melts, you'll find some areas of the trail muddy and slippery. Typically there are some major puddles (though after heavy rains it could be more possible), but mud boots are recommended! Springtime might not be the best if you have knee or back issues- I'd hate for anyone to slip and injure themselves. I highly recommend bringing towels to wipe your dogs feet off after your walk before heading back home. They're going to have LOTS of fun and if they're like my dogs, they'll have muddy paws! 🌳🌲Welcome to 49 Licks dog park🌲🌳 We feel so blessed to call this property our home, and would love for others to experience the beautiful nature we get to enjoy each day. 49 licks includes over 3 1/2 miles of trails, fallen trees to sniff, hills to climb, and ravines to explore. Our 110 acre property is nestled in the woods, 600 fee off of the road with parking near our metal barn at the top of our driveway. We have over a 3 1/2 miles of beautiful trails through hills and trees, with a short and long trail option. The long trail loop is about a 2 miles long and takes 40-60 minutes to walk. The shorter trails approximately 7 of them are closer to 1/3-1/4 mile each We hope your dog(s) enjoy all the sights, sounds and smells throughout the woods- we have wild turkey, deer, many small wild animals to see, and and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. This is a completely unfenced property. We ask that all dogs are leashed or have a training collar for recall, as wildlife are abundant on our property. We do have 2 dogs who are contained in a kennel that does not have access to the trails. They are us usually in the house during appointments, at start and end times minimally. As long as your dog does not come into their area, there will be no other dog interactions on our property. 110 acres includes a few acres of open area and the rest Is wooded with approximately 9 trails for a total of 3 1/2 miles of well marked trails. Nose to toes stimulation is so important to dogs, and tired dogs are well behaved dogs. So what are you waiting for? Come and get your dog(s) some much needed mental and physical stimulation, it’s a great way to reward your dog(s) for being their wonderful selves - and honestly, it’s great for you too, because what’s more fun and de-stressing than watching your beloved dog(s) having the time of their lives running, jumping, wrestling, rolling, chasing, sniffing, splashing, swimming, playing and just overall having tons of doggy fun? I know that when my dogs are having fun, I can’t help but be happy too as I watch them do so. Zero smoking or alcoholic beverages. (Humans)😁 Poop bins shall be provided along with multiple scoopers. 79's dog park hours of use are from 730am to 4pm M-f. And weekends are from 730am to 6pm

Fenced in backyard. Has a fire pit and shaded area as well as a porch with seating. I would recommend bringing anything your dog enjoys. We only have cats who don’t get impressed by the yard we have. We keep it mowed and plenty of trees and shade and room to run.

Currently closed as we renovate! Explore Doggone Gorges 5.48 acres of pure bliss! Enchanted woods complete with Ithaca’s six-mile creek access for cooling off. Lay a blanket down, have a picnic, play fetch, splash around in the creek, or just take a stroll on our beautiful trails. Whether your dog is a sniffer, a fetcher, or a swimmer this is the perfect spot! This is the ideal place to practice recall with your dog while you explore nature in the most magnificent way. I have a cupboard of goodies to use as you wish, please help yourself before you hit the trails. If you do borrow something please make sure to sanitize and replace it before leaving. I provide biodegradable/disposable bags available to assist in cleaning up after your dog. Please help keep the spot beautiful by picking up after yourself and your pup. In the summer, I try to have a tent set up alongside the creek (weather permitting/keep rock in place so the tent stays grounded) so your dog can sit and relax in the shade if they wish while you enjoy your time taking in the scenery, or while relaxing in the hammock. We also have chairs for our human guests down by the creek. Please be mindful to stay within the boundaries of the property lines shown on the map (we strongly suggest downloading a free trial of OnX Hunt before your visit to help keep you within the boundaries). There are limited trail markers along the paths. My bordering neighbors are all very friendly and conscious of the use of my property being used as a sniff spot. The property lines cannot be crossed by guests and their dogs, as permission to access their property is not permissible. Please use extra caution during hunting season from October-December (preferably you and your dog should wear bright colors) in the event that there are hunters adjacent to the property. NO HUNTING is allowed on the property at any time. Cell phone service isn’t great but there are a few places to connect. There is a Bluetooth speaker to connect to if desired. Please select Alpine Corporation. There is no bathroom on site, so please make sure to use the potty before your arrival. Trash cans and Recycle bins are on the premise. Please throw away any garbage on your way out (including poo bags). Litterbugs will not be welcomed back. If you see a time blocked that you would like to visit, please contact me. I block time for myself and family events however my schedule may be flexible. If your dog is reactive please do not book as this is not a good fit. This area is not contained, potentially leaving your dog neither leashed nor under voice/remote control, and freely able to escape poses an unacceptable risk to my neighbors, their children, and their pets and I will not take this risk. I prefer to meet guests on the first visit to show you the property lines and answer any questions you may have.
