Beautiful plot of land! The dog area is well secluded, especially if you walk towards the back of the play area. The grass is well maintained and kept short, and the trees provided ample shade for when my dog got tired. The trees and shrubbery were great too to help separate the livestock and other areas of the land. Overall a great experience and Beau and I will definitely be back!

We had such a great time! There was so much space For our dogs to run around. Even though it’s not fenced in- I didn’t have to worry about our dogs running out into a busy street.

My dogs loved running and playing. Great spot to let them off leash. Due to it being winter the tree line is a little thin and my dogs were able to cross over to the other side. They have great recall so it wasn’t a big deal for us, but just something to think about if your dog is still working on recall. In the summer, the tree line will act as a fence. I will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your property !

Amazingly open space, has a few interesting points for the dogs like a little tucked in wooded camping area and a small fort. My pup got the zoomies instantly. We left a little early because it was so cold so I didn't explore all of it but some really nice open land!

Great spot for a reactive pup to run around! Derek was quick to respond and attentive to our needs. Yard was spacious and clean. Toys and water bowls available, and plenty of space to sit down and relax. Will come back!
