We recommend you bring towels to dry your dog ,bug spray and sunscreen during warmer months. We’d love to welcome you to our place. We used a non-toxic dye in ponds in early March to give shade for the large Koi. It helps protect them from the blue herring until the summer grass comes in. It has almost completely faded, and it’s safe for fish plants, domestic and wildlife just a little heads up. our grandchildren swim in it. So feel safe.

Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Enjoy!

All amenities are available if guests inquire about prior to arrival. I will leave them at the access point, and kindly ask to be placed back after visits. Large field with plenty of space to run around to get your pups energy out. We allow farmers to farm this field during the seasons, so during certain times, this location may be closed to avoid crops being destroyed, or pets to be exposed to any potential pesticides ( please note that our farmers do not use typical pesticides due to our horses being in close proximity) We have a wooded area that is able to be accessed if acquired about prior to visits, and if able to accommodate at the time as the woods are closer to our horse pastures, and home, so it will have to be prearranged. The woods have a trail that is quite extensive, but please keep in mind during warmer months that it is likely you can encounter snakes in that area. We also have swamp areas in the woods, which is nice to watch the birds and turtles in their natural habitats. The field is flat landscape, and is perfect to throw frisbees, tennis balls, etc with your dog. If pet or guest needs any additional assistance please contact me, and i will do my best to assist you further. As always, enjoy your visit. Yet again Tani had a ball here! We booked knowing the weather was iffy, and still enjoyed our visit despite the rain (muddy dogs are happy dogs!) The property is well maintained and lovely. There are lots of amenities including a dog wash station!

First visit here and had a great time with our pup. He loved exploring the trails that run along the little river, with spots to cut over to the open field area. There are two pond areas. We discovered the second one following the trails past the house. Loved the way they had it set up, especially with the fully stocked bath area, which came in very handy at the end of our visit. We’ll definitely be back.

This spot was absolutely perfect for my two girls to run around and get some swimming in! There is so much room for exploring and even though the property is not fenced it felt plenty secure. The welcoming touches, water and treats for the pups was also incredibly thoughtful. Can’t wait to return in the future !!

My dogs and I had a blast! You could easily spend all day here, but my dogs were worn out after two hours. The trails are well maintained and clearly marked, and there’s plenty of good smells for your dogs to enjoy. There are toys at each of the ponds, plus ample seating so you can relax and watch your dogs play. The best part was all the breathing room. We live in a cramped neighborhood right by the highway, so letting them stretch their legs was a treat for all three of us. We’ll definitely be back again.

Super cute and private. Host even provided water, treats, and bug spray. One of my rescues is reactive and gets lots of anxiety around other dogs so it was awesome to walk him for a whole hour without seeing any other pets! And they even got to swim a little. Best Sniffspot I’ve been to!!

This park was amazing! My pup absolutely loved exploring and sniffing around. She got to dig, jump in the lake, and relax. Even though the weather wasn't the best, the design is excellent and didn't prevent us from accessing areas of the park. Paws Moyock was clean, well kept and had a variety of toys to play with. Cleaning my pup was a breeze and the castille soap that was provided was excellent (we use Dr. Bronners). It was great allowing my dog to have some fun and come home with a clean puppy! The Host had amazing communication and hospitality was above and beyond.

This is our second time at this Sniffspot and we always have a great time! We were working on some off leash training today and this is the perfect place for it. It's quiet and has plenty of space to walk around. We checked out the trails more this time and it was a ton of fun!
