IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD The Ireland farm is a 7 acre loop trail around our property, there is gravel, mulch, mud, grass a small pond and two grass cut acres for running and playing fetch. We have a fire pit with seating in one of the grass acres. There are no longer Alpacas and goats here as they’ve moved to the farm down the road. But you will come across Canadian Geese and Wild Turkeys, and sometimes Deer. As you drive by the red barn to the parking area you will sometimes see our dog friendly dog Butch in his gated area most likely sleeping! 😄 Once you reach your parking it is private and you are alone.

Our back yard is lots of fun for both dogs and humans! We have lots of shade and sun, a doggy bed, dog toys and treats, and lounge chairs for humans. If you have kids, they’re welcome too. Our two little girls love to meet new dogs, but also can stay inside if your dog is shy. Pepper, our Italian Greyhound is super fun and social, and she’s happy to come say hi or stay inside. We have drinks, a washroom, parking, and anything else you need for a comfy play date. Even a plastic pool if your doggy likes to splash! Lots of wildlife in the area including deer, raccoons, groundhogs, porcupine, skunk, wild turkey, fox, coyote, coy wolf, etc. so dogs must be on leashes while in the open areas.

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Ideal for doggos without their own yard or visitors to Stratford who need somewhere for their fur baby to stretch their legs and explore. A good size small/medium dogs, or large dogs who don’t need the space to sprint, our fully fenced yard is full of mature trees, garden features, and nooks and crannies for your fur baby to explore. Our home is on a corner lot, so one half is fully fenced and one half isn’t fenced - you’re welcome to use either/both areas at your discretion. There’s a nice mix of shady and sunny spots. We have a water hose you’re welcome to, and if you’d like we can set up a kiddy pool (just let us know in advance). There are also some dog toys and poo bags for your use. The humans are welcome to make use of the deck, chairs, table, swings, or campfire pit. We have a 13yo very gentle German Shorthaired Pointer and a 3yo 20lb Cockapoo full of energy. You’ll have the yard to yourselves, but if you’d like for the dogs to play together let us know and we can have a play date (assuming it’s safe for everyone - our dogs aren’t territorial about their yard and have been happy to share with visitors). So grab a coffee, a good book, and enjoy the yard while your furry companion explores!

(*Sniffspot charges in USD* $3.60 USD is about $5 CAD) Quiet, private backyard in Mount Forest, with lots of room for dogs to run, sniff, and play. A table and chairs with shade for humans to enjoy while their dog(s) socialize or burn off some steam. Gates are located on either side of the house, fully fenced (some gaps may be too big for tiny dogs), there is also a hose for washing dogs or filling water bowls.

Lots of seating and picnic areas as well as outhouse for guests. Water is provided and treats and toys are available upon request :)

This space is easily accessible from the road and has two large solar panels so you can't miss it! There are ponds available as well, just over the small hill of the field but usage of this pond will need to be discussed before hand. We ask that your dogs have a decent recall as we have other animals on the property. And please, pick up after your dog there is a garbage can on site!

The dogs just love it as they can run free. There's occasionally deer and turkey and rabbits around to keep an eye out for.

Listen to music or watch your favourite show and you too can relax in an oasis in the heart of Waterloo.
