In addition, a large pond with dock and seating is provided, allowing for a comfortable experience within a very quiet and relaxed natural setting. As dog lovers, we understand the importance of stress-free AND leash-free play/exercise for our friends and are happy to provide a setting which offers this to you both! So, feel free to have a picnic, enjoy the sunset, or take it a step further and book the resort-style pool area for a few hours(BBQ, firepit, cabana, etc.) on Swimply, or the whole property for an event on airBnB, VRBO or Booking.com! The water is absolutely beautiful and has areas where your pup can simply stand or deeper areas for a swim. Cypress Creek River has a lot to offer with beautiful, large Cypress trees and clear water.

Tons of space for active dogs to run and play at this working ranch located just southeast of Austin (10 miles from Southpark Meadows). Recommended stay at least one full hour to explore fully. The ranch has multiple fenced areas that can be used (smaller areas if your dog isn't trained to come can be arranged). Otherwise, enjoy the huge 5+ acre playground featuring stock tank pond, picnic table, some shade. Refreshments available upon request for a small donation.

The property is fully of shady trees so you and Fido can stay cool. There’s plenty of room to run around and the land is fully fenced in with a privacy type fence. As the corner lot with no neighbors and no sidewalk running along the fence, this is the perfect space for reactive dogs! We have chairs for humans to enjoy and kiddie pools, hoses, and sprinklers for you and your furry friend.

We have a beautiful 2 acre spot right on the Colorado River here in East Central Austin. Our dog is living her best life here, and we thought, “hey this could be a great place for people To bring their dogs!” And we are here for it! You can walk the the perimeter of the property, which is a perfect 400 meters(1 track lap). Part of the trail is all along the Colorado River, lined with beautiful tall trees. Sit in the egg chairs or hammock in the trees or enjoy the ample yard art everywhere and there is seating everywhere! We are always looking to make this experience the best it can be and your next fav spot to bring furry friend. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. Amazing property that is a dog’s dream of being able to run, sniff, and have uninterrupted fun. The covered porch is a great place for owners to chat, work, or even play in the shade. The property is fully fenced, but the neighboring fencing is barbed wire. Despite that the grass line is built up and uninviting to dogs to cross. Some wildlife like bunnies or birds might be around, and neighboring cows some times are by. Great safe environment and enrichment for your furry friends.

From one of our 3 Adirondack chairs, you can watch your dog sniff to their hearts content. We have pollinator friendly flowers for you to enjoy and you might even see a butterfly or hummingbird. The patio has a picnic table for you, and 2 water bowls for your dog. There is also a bird feeder, bird bath, and squirrel feeder for more natural entertainment. Your dog will find a white basket with a variety of dog toys to play with, on the porch.

This is a piece of land that can be used for training your K9 friend or just a place to come with dog to enjoy a wide open space that they can run and enjoy.
