Fully fenced and off the beaten path. With right at 1 full acre, there is plenty of room for your dog(s) to run. A perfect place to work on off leash commands/training or just to let off steam. This private fenced field looks out over a larger 14 acre grassy field. Gambel Field has some new features! We recently completed a new retaining wall. This change makes the spot a little bit bigger and makes the water hose easier to access. We have also installed a new 12' x 20' shade structure over the picnic table and park bench. My yard is free of any toxins; I use Epsom salt to keep the grass fresh. The grass is mowed and kept short, in fact, started to plant clover which is a natural nitrogen replenisher for the ground. At some point, there may be more clover than grass. :)

Hopefully this will be a nice relaxed area for your pup to come and play and not have to be stressed. They will have lots of smells to explore in the backyard since I have two dogs of my own. I will hopefully have all the amenities I want set up before opening! Toys, splash pad, herding ball, and more! If you want to use the splash pad, feel free to turn on the hose, I just ask that it be turned off before you leave! Thanks! I am also having Poodini come every Friday morning to clean and sanitize the yard(that’s why there are time blocks). But I really love the idea of getting the turf sanitized weekly! Let me know if you have any questions! More photos will be posted soon! One of my reviews said there was a smell in the backyard and it looked as though nothing was prepared and the splash pad was not turned on. As I have said in my description, if you want to use the splash pad, I have guest turn it on and off themselves. As for the smell, I have no control over that when there are dogs in the yard almost all day(it also had just rained). And I am aware of the railing for the pool. It literally just rusted all the way through at the bottom today(8-18). I will get that fixed I just have no idea who to contact yet to do so.
