The running area is clear with enough room to run. It's great for the exercise our dog, a pit bull mix, needs due to the fact our HOA requires your dog to be on a leash at all times they are outside. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great recent experience at Delaware Pet University!! We had plans to reunite our rescue with one of her puppies we had found through Embark (dog dna/ancestry site) but then could not meet at an outside Sniffspot with the forecast calling for torrential rain all day. This facility was a lifesaver! We didn't need to cancel our plans and were able to meet our dogs' puppy and its owner. The dogs were able to run and play indoors in a large/open space with artificial grass. We also got to stay dry while taking pictures and videos. We would recommend for anyone as a great space for their dogs to play, especially on a rainy or cold day. The staff was super helpful and friendly too; they provided clear instructions for parking and met us outside to welcome us and the dogs. Strongly recommend! Thank you!!

Great place for some indoor play time! (Especially during winter months). Had great equipment and wonderful staff. Large area was great space to run and even give my pup the chance to try different types of exercise (weaving, up and down objects, jumping over tires). Would absolutely be back!

I arrived for the first time with my 100+lb. Labrador Retriever "Mensajero" this week. The Oasis was the perfect place for him too run, swim, dock jumping, and be free too roam around the large fenced in yard/acres. The host responds in a timely manner and informs every detail of what guests can and can not use. The lake was beautiful and I loved looking out at the Trees turning magnifigant fall colors which made the perfect fall portrait. There is no bathroom.. Which was ok for me but could be important to others... The town is in the process of building a WaWa near by... So there will be one close by at some point. Although Mensajero was to busy to rest, there are a couple elevated dog cots. Also available were toys, water dish, clean-up materials, seating for us humans, and more. Mensajero and I will positively visit again, and again. It was very peaceful and relaxing to me... A great place to detach from my busy schedule for awhile and to have that special bonding time with my big boy. I am so thankful to the host for offering such an oasis.

Our dogs loved our visit here! The location was so safe and clean and Isabella is a great host! They loved the wide open space and swimming in the lake. This was our first experience using sniffspot and we would recommend this to anyone! The bamboo forest was also a big hit with the puppies! Plenty of seating and shade for us to enjoy as well after playing with the puppies!

Private, spacious, and beautiful. The leaves changing and reflecting off the lake made it as peaceful for me as it was fun for my dogs. They had so much fun exploring the property and playing with the toys provided. It was largest Sniffspot in the area, endless room for zoomies!! From an owner of two reactive rescue dogs from the city, thank you for creating a safe place for fur families like us. Everything was as explained in directions and rules, host was communicative and helpful. We will definitely be returning!
