If your dog stay with us I send updates of your pup while they are on vacation with us| pictures and videos to assure you that your dog is happy and secure with us. I live right by the gulf course park, and love to take the pups to walk there. Pups can play here because we have a back yard plenty of space and gated. I make sure to pamper your 'baby' like if your pup was Max. I have been working with dogs for more than 12 years…dogs make us smile, every day. They are our loyal friends and companions, and they love us unconditionally, so they deserve our love in return. Please be sure where your furbabies is! Your dog become part of our family. Our yard is fully fenced in with a pool that has a beach area for pups to rest or use as easy access. The pool also has 2 built in benches in deep end of pool for sitting or resting.

Our large trees and covered patio provide shade when you need a break from the sun. Sit by the lake and enjoy duck and bird sightings. If you come by in the early evening, you can catch a sunset from the Adirondack chairs or the lake. Hello. Welcome😊 Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad that’s accessible for use. There is a small additional fee for the dog splash pad as that uses constant water from the hose. Sniffspot hours are 7am to 10pm so you can even book late. The hot tub is lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing. Please clean up after your pet💩 and be mindful using the water hose. Any questions or concerns pls don’t hesitate to reach out directly. We do a 2 person to 1 dog ratio. Our backyard is nestled in a small, quiet, and dog friendly neighborhood. Please bring your own towels if you plan on using the pool. You are more than welcome to adjust the umbrella and outdoor seating so that you stay under the shade. In the event some of these items are not provided it's due to my husband and I most likely not being home and not having enough time to set up. I do apologize in advanced but I do hope you also provide your own amenities just in case. :) PARKING - Directly in front of the house, tires flush against the grass but not on the grass. Please use the gate on the left side if you are facing the house. The Sniffspot sign will be posted. POOL - Our pool is chlorinated and maintained weekly. The shallow end is 3 ft and the deep end is 7 ft. It is not heated. There is a hose near the patio for you to bathe your pup after the pool if you wish. Please provide your own shampoo. Humans are more than welcome to enjoy the pool as well! :) THURSDAYS - Our pool maintenance man comes on Thursdays between the hours of 10am-12pm so please do not book during this window. FLORIDA HEAT - Please be mindful of the temperature. Read this article from the AKC to familiarize yourself with a heat stroke in dogs and what to look for. https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/health/heatstroke-in-dogs/ NIGHT - Bookings are open to take at night. It's dimly lit and no lighting on either side of the house so please take that into consideration. I suggest you bring your own flashlight or portable camping lantern. TRAINERS AND DOG WALKERS - My space is available to you as well! TRANSPERANCEY - For safety reasons there will be a camera facing the backyard :) NO DIGGING - Please do not allow your dogs to dig in the dirt area that boarders the pool or the yard. We are in process of patching up the dirt area. BARKING - We know your furry friends are having a good time and happy barks are totally ok! Please just keep in mind we do have very kind neighbors and we still need to respect the levels of excessive barking. :) EMERGENCY - In case of an emergency and someone is home please do not hesitate to knock on the door! Help is not guaranteed but we will try to assist in anyway within legal limitations. Coral Springs Emergency Animal Hospital is also the closest clinic.

As a dog trainer I always encourage my clients to socialize their dogs away from dog parks, in dog parks people get distracted with other people and they, sometimes, don't pay attention to their dogs, on top on that, dog parks don't get the attention and care that they need, and end up being a perfect place to pick up a desease or allergy.
