Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) 1 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones.

This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with two gate access points to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! I volunteer for a rescue and often bring dogs home for pup playdates to get them some sun and exercise and socialization, and all of the dogs have thoroughly enjoyed the yard; we hope you enjoy the space and find it peaceful and welcoming…visit for an ulti-mutt good time!❤️🐾☀️

My mother had a doggie daycare business on this property for almost 15 years. We have watched puppies grow to old dogs and have watched next generations come here. She has retired her business and now we have the land just for my 4 year old son. Which he loves 😂 but we have room to share. A peaceful location close to downtown West Chester. Lots of shrubs, trees, and open space! The chickens are a fun addition. The area is private and the gazebo is a wonderful space to relax while the pups burn off some steam.

An almost 1/2? acre fully fenced in area RIGHT NEXT TO 3000 acres of state park. You will feel like you are IN the forest. We are actually in EVANSBURG, which is on the Eagleville side of the Collegeville bridge. WE HAVE NOT USED ANY CHEMICALS on our yard for over 16 years. Lots of fun for your puppers and peace of mind for you, while we do have neighbors, there won't be close encounters but you may hear them on occasion, or see them driving past, though it is very private we are not completely isolated. There is plenty of parking, fully fenced yard and lots of trees for territory marking opportunities. Yet, wide open spaces for ball throwing, chasing, or getting the zoomies. No dogs live on the property (she recently left this world), so there is plenty of privacy.
