10.5 acre farm in Bensalem pa along the neshaminy creek. We have a barn with 7 goats and 1 cow All dogs are welcome to utilize the trail and creek. Our property is partially fenced in but lots of space to run. Creek is perfect for the dogs to take a dip and trail is walkable. Welcome to our woods which run along the Skippack Creek. Come enjoy a hike through our trails with your buddy. Your pet will have plenty of sniffing to enjoy. We share the land with native vegetation and wildlife. We have almost half a mile of trails to hike through and enjoy through the different seasons. Please be weather wise. When it rains low areas will develop small streams and puddles collect. We recommend bringing a towel or two. Thank you!! Victoria

Located on the beautiful Sourland mountains of Hillsborough NJ On the Neshanic river. Come enjoy this property. Also listed on Hipcamp and Air B&B. Lots of hiking and running space. If your do is a good listener and is good off leash, this is a great large area to run and play. Bring a tent or umbrella for shade and hang out. Bring lunch.

Roughly 5 acres in total. 3+ acres of woods with trails and another 1-1.5 acres of mowed lawn. Besides my own dog (Husky), There are chickens near the house in their fenced area. Plus several outdoor barn cats around the house and garage. Feel free to stop by (with prior notice) to walk the property with me before scheduling a visit with your pet.

Plenty of open acres for discovery; located in quiet Newlin Township just minutes outside of Unionville, West Bradford, & Coatesville. Nestled in the valley surrounded by rolling hills. Our meadow has the Brandywine Creek running along the whole property. A smaller creek running thru as well with two nice resting areas with spring water and chairs. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if your dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect picnic spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, storage bin with anything you may need; just for our Sniffspot guests. A large table w/ chairs, umbrella & more. Perfect for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. (We have a pull along wagon if needed for your supplies). Wild life all around, from fish, blue herons, a to the majestic Bald Eagle pair, to be seen! Don’t miss out on this beautiful tucked away meadow & maintained trails; right out of a painting! Be prepared with all terrain boots/shoes and dogs that aren’t afraid to get dirty while having a ton of fun!
