This is it!! Everything in one place. At our sniffspot, we have a fully fenced dog park and an unfenced site consisting of 60 acres of fields, ponds, and trails. You may use either site. 60 acres of fields, trails, ponds, and forests. Trails are more like hiking in the woods and not suited for bikes or any other equipment. Large pond where your dogs would love to swim for hours. You can park your vehicle near the pond. Sorry for safety reasons the Paddle boats are not for public use. Rubber boots are recommended on wet ground. Guests, please, pick up after your dogs. Drop trash in the big metal bin on the way out.

There is a shed by barn that has dog bowls and toys and treats with bags and hand sanitizer as well as long line leashes if you dont feel confident with your dog being completely off leash at first. Please feel free to use them! Hose is available to be used as well and is out hanging on the gate. To turn hose on you have to go into the barn downstairs, you will see it attached in the little separate front room right inside barn door.No animals currently in pastures which is why im renting it out so it can be used and enjoyed however there may still be some leftover hay bailer twice pieces and horse manure in field so please be aware of this! There is a pond in the one south field and the fencing is livestock fencing and could use some work so smaller dogs would likely be able to get through however You know your dog best so you can choose if the fencing works for you or not. It is along the main road (Hwy 35). The fencing is in as is condition but if you need some extra space for your furry friend(s) to run and play mine sure enjoy it! There is a small 10x10 shelter in the one field and a barn with lights up top. Power and wifi (Bramwell95) are available to be used if needed, feel free to use anything in the shed up top by the main gates for your dog(s) :) Parking can be up by barn gate or you can drive onto the large grassy front yard area and park anywhere on there too. After too many scary calls at local dog parks with my clients babies, I decided to build my own "dog paddock" so we could all stay home and have fun and be safe. Just over 1/2 acre of grassy rolling land with a great sand pit for digging. Natural obstacles and toys in the warmer weather. Located conveniently right on Highway 12 just south of Greenbank between Uxbridge and Port Perry. Only about 12 minutes from Brooklin, 17 minutes to Whitby and 12 minutes from Sunderland I also have an INDOOR sand arena available for anyone that needs indoor training space. ALSO it shows spots not available until 11am BUT contact if you want earlier visit - I can do earlier but there may be horses visible to your dog.
