My place is well over 40 acres and can be tricky to find. It’s the 1st house on your left east of the 400 or 1st house on your right west of Jane. When u turn in the drive way follow it to the right and then slight left, you’ll see the house. U can park beside the barn and have an awesome walk, sniff all the things. Bring rain boots or shoes u don’t love lol It can get mucky on the trails at times

Only about 12 minutes from Brooklin, 17 minutes to Whitby and 12 minutes from Sunderland I also have an INDOOR sand arena available for anyone that needs indoor training space. ALSO it shows spots not available until 11am BUT contact if you want earlier visit - I can do earlier but there may be horses visible to your dog. While we do not accept pets at the bed and breakfast, Sniffspot guests are welcome to make their time in rural Ontario an experience and extend their rural visit! For example, book the fire pit and Muskoka chairs for a bonfire, drinks, and snacks; book some snowshoes for an extended hike; or in the late Winter/early Spring, our Sugar Bush is in full swing, and guests can enjoy a tour of our Maple syrup-making process and lots more. Anything is possible, and we are open to guest suggestions!

Welcome to Beaverton's Dog Trails! Please access the trails from Concession 6. Punch these coordinates into Google Maps: 44.4415942, -79.1065234. There is a SniffSpot Sign at the entrance. You may park in the private driveway. Please pick up after your dog, there is a waste bin at the entrance. Please help yourself to a laminated map at the entrance and return after your walk. The map is posted throughout the trails with "you are here" symbols to help you navigate the trails. After a heavy rainfall you will want to wear your rubber boots. In the winter be aware of slipping on patches of ice. Trail Update (January 12): The river is now frozen. Always be cautious if you decide to cross it. Enjoy your visit!
