The .36 acre yard is fully fenced in with several access gates. There’s trash cans outside the gate for poop bag disposal, poop bags available for use, table/chairs/umbrella for relaxing, and kid toys such as sand box, trampoline and soccer net available for use. I run a pet sitting business out of my home and frequently have other friendly playful dogs over. I can keep them in, or I can let them out for extra play time and exercise. The yard is maintained weekly, and no weed killer, fertilizer, or pesticides of any type are used.

They are an option to adventure through if you'd like to keep your pup(s) leashed. Please keep in mind this additional wooded area is not fenced in, and would only be walkable during the dry season. Reach out with anything you need and I will make sure to provide the best I can for you and your pup! I hardly use the backyard at all except to add leaves or compost to the compost tumbler or occasionally to mow. That means it is all yours. This spot is definitely OPEN and no need to verify that with me beforehand. I will mark if it is occupied. Water spigot is outside of fenced area, on left side of house (viewed from street) near gas meter.

She's friendly with both dogs and people, but please do not interact with her out of courtesy for them.😁 2.)Please include pics of your pups in the review!📸 3.) You can put any poop bags in the pot by the back porch door💩 4.) You can enter from either side of the gate. PLEASE CHECK BOTH GATES TO MAKE SURE THEY'RE LOCKED BEFORE LETTING YOUR DOG LOOSE!! 5.) You're free to use the hose, which is located behind the willow tree where the kiddie pool is also located 6.) Your dog is allowed to roam WHEREVER in my yard 7.) Regardless if your dog is friendly or not, no one, including dogs, will not be in my yard while you're there, nor near windows 8.) It's best if you book in advance at least 1 hour, preferably so I can let anyone know in advance. 9.) I offer memberships 10.) Please be on the lookout for holes and other possible risks 11.) I currently moved. I've been seeing complaints of dog poop and I wholeheartedly apologize. My dad cares for the yard now, and I'll make sure to let him know if I see more complaints! 12.) We have a large backyard with a privacy fence and a new patio to relax while you watch your dog play and sniff around! There is a larger doggie pool that can be filled with fresh water upon request! We would love to have you visit! The garage will be open upon visit and you may enter through the door leading to the backyard. With the new dog respiratory illness, I will be doing a small screening asking if any dog visitors have displayed any symptoms. Also, there are 2 chairs on the patio but the couch has been put away for the winter :)
