We invite you to stop by and visit! The yard is fully enclosed with a 6 foot bamboo privacy fence and there is plenty of room to run and play. You'll have full access to a yard level deck, two patios, and a fire pit. Additional dog activities include: large digging area, weave poles, dog walk, and hanging rope toys. Other items available upon request- see extras! There are chairs and tables in various spots year round. When the weather allows, there is a sectional couch, dog cots, and hammocks as well. The water bowl is large and can be filled/refreshed as needed from the outdoor water spigot under the deck. During your visit, you'll find complimentary dog treats, toys, towels, wipes, poop bags and more! We also provide chilled bottled water (in a cooler) for the humans as well as sanitizer, bug spray, and sunscreen if needed. The resident dogs cannot see you from anywhere in the yard, even if your pups wander to the top of the deck stairs...but they may bark on rare occasion from inside the house. You may also hear neighborhood children at the nearby park. One of our next door neighbors has dogs that could be outside in their fenced yard and may see you upon arrival. However, once you are inside the sniff spot, those dogs will not be able to see you. Guest Wi-Fi: Network-sniffspot Password-sniffspot Parking/Security- We strongly prefer that you pull into the driveway and park on the left side close to the house/garage. Once parked, this area is not visible to our dogs from inside the home, which means they are less likely to bark hello greetings. 🐩 It also means the curious/friendly/inquisitive neighbors will not approach you. Gated access to the sniff spot is on the left side of our home just a few feet from the designated/recommended parking area. The gate is secured with a lock that is opened with a code. You may wish to unlock the gate first and then get your pup out of the vehicle. Security cameras monitor all outdoor spaces. We also have a wooded area with a rough walking path. We have chairs on a patio for human use so you can relax while watching your dogs live their best life. Our dogs love walking the trails, sprinting through the woods, and diving through the prairie grasses. We love offering other pups the chance to enjoy it too! The trails are mostly wooded, and there is a ravine with a small creek (often dry in the summer). There are areas of trails, woods, prairie, and mowed grass. There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced. Your dog will need to know to stay close enough to you or respond to your calls. **No shared water dish provided currently due to Canine Flu going on in the state. All woods, no lawn. For dogs who like to explore and sniff among the trees. Walk the trail or watch from the elevated deck. Great place for a fenced-in romp through pesticide-free nature. Visibility is limited by seasonal foliage, and the back 30 feet of the yard is a bit of a bramble, but most of the woods has a low groundcover. Possible fauna sightings include squirrels, rabbits, turkeys, deer, songbirds, and native mosquitos. Hose and water dishes available. Off-street parking in the driveway turnaround.

It is located in the Kenny neighborhood. It's your typical South Minneapolis neighborhood. My yard is fully fenced-in with plenty of room to run around and have fun. It's a very relaxing environment with different sitting areas.

1 Acre Fully Fenced private dog park In Bloomington, MN. Water bowls and Dog washing station (must bring own shampoo) are attached to the house. Creek runs along the back of the property (outside the fenced area). It does have a fence to the water on both sides, but you will need to keep your dog close when past the back gate as they could get out across the creek or on the edges. Fire pit for use for longer bookings but must be put out before you leave. Parking on the street is allowed, but feel free to park in the driveway as well!

Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

0.4 acres fully fenced in and private. Have your pup chase a frisbee or ball and run up and down the hill. It’s tiring! 😅 We have a few chairs on the deck and umbrella, as well as a water bowl and hose if your pup needs water or to cool off. Hope to hear from you soon! 🐾

Residential home, fully fenced with two entry points. Front yard is mowed weekly and back yard is usually left to grow long. Muddy dirt patch in the back is ok for diggers! Patio is open for use if needed, please just let us know ahead of time so we can bring the cats inside and unlock it for you. You can play with the hose if you’d like. Feel free to move the furniture around if it’s in the way or you’d like it in a different spot. We aren’t attached to where they get put.

Charming urban oasis located within minutes of Downtown Minneapolis. Yard is flat and spacious with partial shade most of the day. Relax under umbrellas on the patio or by the fire pit while your pups play. Fresh water provided, and a waste station is in the SW corner. We don't use lawn chemicals during the summer, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Plenty of street parking (please do not park in the driveway) and a private entrance along the north side of the property. Please make sure gate is securely closed before leaving. Resident dog may bark from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. If your pup is reactive to sound, please let me know ahead of time & I will do my best to remove mine from the property while you visit. NEW: If you're interested in a shallow water pool/sprinkler for smaller dogs/older dogs, it's listed under extras with no fee. Just add it on to let me know you'd like it set up vs. the deeper kiddie pool.

This 140-acre retriever training facility is made available to you when we are not training :) It features rolling hills, and several ponds. The main walking area is 80 mowed acres surrounded by ponds. While not fenced in, the neighboring fields are farmland - no houses, dogs, or people in sight. It is not attached to our back yard and is a completely separate and private area. A great place for play dates with others, maybe even a picnic for the humans. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Please pick up after your dog. I am finding a crazy amount of poop left behind. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field.

A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. She is a friendly, large young dog. • 🗑 TRASH: Sorry, we do not currently have a trash bin in the fenced-in part of our yard, simply due to the issue of maintenance. You're welcome to deposit knotted poo baggies in our large plastic garbage bins near our garage. • 💧While the hose is available to use for filling up the dog bowl, use of a kiddie pool is an add-on item only. • 🪟 WINDOW SHADES can be closed if that is best for your pup(s). Just message me in the app and I can close them if we are home. • 🚫🧪 We are a strictly NO PESTICIDES and NO HERBICIDES yard. • 🏖 We have a SAND PIT ✅ for digging under the big birch tree. • ⚠️ There is a 5” GAP IN THE FENCE at the gate in the back of the yard. All are welcome, and this is also a great spot for nervous or anxious dogs to feel safe and run free! Please note during winter (nov-end of April) the following things are not available due to snow and freezing temps: chairs, toys, water, bags and hoses ❄️ you’re welcome to bring your own chairs!

Fully fenced: 1 side privacy fence, 2 sides chain link, and one side with the house and gate. Place bagged poop in the small garbage bin. Please do not allow pups to dig or to enter the small separately fenced garden. Spring 2024 the yard is very tender with grass trying to recover from last year's drought, if you remember, it helps to throw "fetch" in lots of different directions to spread out the "wear and tear." Added FYI: Same day bookings will probably have the bedtime and morning 💩 from my pups since I routinely only pick up after work during warm months. If you book 24+ hours in advance I can squeeze in an extra poo pickup before work. *WINTER I pick up weekly, weather-permitting, so might not be a great spot for pups who eat poopsicles--you know who you are!
