We invite you to stop by and visit! The yard is fully enclosed with a 6 foot bamboo privacy fence and there is plenty of room to run and play. You'll have full access to a yard level deck, two patios, and a fire pit. Additional dog activities include: large digging area, weave poles, dog walk, and hanging rope toys. Other items available upon request- see extras! There are chairs and tables in various spots year round. When the weather allows, there is a sectional couch, dog cots, and hammocks as well. The water bowl is large and can be filled/refreshed as needed from the outdoor water spigot under the deck. During your visit, you'll find complimentary dog treats, toys, towels, wipes, poop bags and more! We also provide chilled bottled water (in a cooler) for the humans as well as sanitizer, bug spray, and sunscreen if needed. The resident dogs cannot see you from anywhere in the yard, even if your pups wander to the top of the deck stairs...but they may bark on rare occasion from inside the house. You may also hear neighborhood children at the nearby park. One of our next door neighbors has dogs that could be outside in their fenced yard and may see you upon arrival. However, once you are inside the sniff spot, those dogs will not be able to see you. Guest Wi-Fi: Network-sniffspot Password-sniffspot Parking/Security- We strongly prefer that you pull into the driveway and park on the left side close to the house/garage. Once parked, this area is not visible to our dogs from inside the home, which means they are less likely to bark hello greetings. 🐩 It also means the curious/friendly/inquisitive neighbors will not approach you. Gated access to the sniff spot is on the left side of our home just a few feet from the designated/recommended parking area. The gate is secured with a lock that is opened with a code. You may wish to unlock the gate first and then get your pup out of the vehicle. Security cameras monitor all outdoor spaces. Happy Hounds is a big, fully-fenced (6ft) yard perfect for fetch and exercise. We offer toys, dog treats, seating for humans and plenty of space for off-leash zoomies! 1 Acre Fully Fenced private dog park In Bloomington, MN. Water bowls and Dog washing station (must bring own shampoo) are attached to the house. Creek runs along the back of the property (outside the fenced area). It does have a fence to the water on both sides, but you will need to keep your dog close when past the back gate as they could get out across the creek or on the edges. Fire pit for use for longer bookings but must be put out before you leave. Parking on the street is allowed, but feel free to park in the driveway as well!

Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

It is located in the Kenny neighborhood. It's your typical South Minneapolis neighborhood. My yard is fully fenced-in with plenty of room to run around and have fun. It's a very relaxing environment with different sitting areas.

All woods, no lawn. For dogs who like to explore and sniff among the trees. Walk the trail or watch from the elevated deck. Great place for a fenced-in romp through pesticide-free nature. Visibility is limited by seasonal foliage, and the back 30 feet of the yard is a bit of a bramble, but most of the woods has a low groundcover. Possible fauna sightings include squirrels, rabbits, turkeys, deer, songbirds, and native mosquitos. Hose and water dishes available. Off-street parking in the driveway turnaround.

This is an ideal spot being just a half block west of 35W and only 10 minutes from 40th and Lyndale Av. S. or South Burnsville. Relax under umbrellas on the patio or by the fire pit while your pups play. Fresh water provided, and a waste station is in the SW corner. We don't use lawn chemicals during the summer, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Plenty of street parking (please do not park in the driveway) and a private entrance along the north side of the property. Please make sure gate is securely closed before leaving. Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. If your pup is reactive to sound, please let me know ahead of time & I will do my best to remove mine from the property while you visit. She is a friendly, large young dog. • 🗑 TRASH: Sorry, we do not currently have a trash bin in the fenced-in part of our yard, simply due to the issue of maintenance. You're welcome to deposit knotted poo baggies in our large plastic garbage bins near our garage. • 💧While the hose is available to use for filling up the dog bowl, use of a kiddie pool is an add-on item only. • 🪟 WINDOW SHADES can be closed if that is best for your pup(s). Just message me in the app and I can close them if we are home. • 🚫🧪 We are a strictly NO PESTICIDES and NO HERBICIDES yard. • 🏖 We have a SAND PIT ✅ for digging under the big birch tree. • ⚠️ There is a 5” GAP IN THE FENCE at the gate in the back of the yard. VERY SMALL DOGS CAN ESCAPE through here. Fully fenced: 1 side privacy fence, 2 sides chain link, and one side with the house and gate. Place bagged poop in the small garbage bin. Please do not allow pups to dig or to enter the small separately fenced garden. Spring 2024 the yard is very tender with grass trying to recover from last year's drought, if you remember, it helps to throw "fetch" in lots of different directions to spread out the "wear and tear." Added FYI: Same day bookings will probably have the bedtime and morning 💩 from my pups since I routinely only pick up after work during warm months. If you book 24+ hours in advance I can squeeze in an extra poo pickup before work. *WINTER I pick up weekly, weather-permitting, so might not be a great spot for pups who eat poopsicles--you know who you are!

Fenced in back yard with access to the Trinity Gardens public park trail. Large shady backyard with room to run, water and hose access, and a kiddie pool. Not to mention a never ending supply of fetch sticks from the Birch tree. We have some toys and tennis ball, but feel free to bring your pups favorite toy as well.

Perhaps your dog(s) would like to take a run thru the 15 ft nylon agility tube, the adjustable garden hose nozzle will provide you the option to relieve yourself(s) and dog(s) with a cold refreshing mist, including sanitized stainless steel water dish(es) at your disposal, For clean up, towels, hand sanitizer & plastic small poop bags are at your disposal with a trash can to get rid of anything undesirable. It would make me very happy to know your dog(s) are enjoying the converted side yard private dog park, as my beloved dogs did, especially my white standard poodle Buddy, who the dog park is named after. He loved to crouch down by the pine trees and the very tall 20-30 ft high arborvitaes that line the west wood fence, as he waited for me to throw a rubber ball to him, that he would eagerly return to me. Update as of March 2024 - Unfortunately, due to new neighbors behind us, our yard isn't quite the reactive-dog sanctuary it used to be. We love reactive pups and are doing all we can to ensure you're pups are able to safely run and play. Our yard is long but narrow and we now have two dogs behind us that can be very vocal. They tend to be let outside in mid-afternoon and on weekends. Please keep this in mind. We can not force them to stay inside, of course, but will work with you to find a time for your reactive dog to visit when they're not outside. Early morning works best. Thanks for understanding! A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage. My yard will be your pup's new favorite hangout spot. Enjoy playing fetch or just spending some quality time hanging out. I live in a suburban neighborhood which is pretty quiet for the most part. There's a higher chance you may see a neighbor or hear kids playing in the evening or on the weekends when the weather is nice. I do on stay on top of picking my dog's 💩 but I may occasionally miss one so I apologize if you happen to come across one. • There is a basket full of toys on the deck for your dog to choose from. I'm always adding new toys to keep things new and exciting. • In the warmer months I have a small or large plastic pool that you can add to your visit for an additional fee of either $3(small) or $5(large). Please message me prior to adding it to your visit to make sure I'll be around to get it set up for you. • A water bowl will be on the deck • There is a hose you are welcomed to use if needed • A poop bag holder with bags will be on the table on the deck. • There is a trash can for any garbage and 💩 bags in the rocks by the gate. • Seating is available when there's no snow. There are chairs around the fire pit and also on the deck. • There is quite a bit of lighting that can be put on to light up the backyard if needed. • I will leave a towel on the table for drying off wet dogs during the winter months and during the time when things can get messy when the snow is melting. If you add a plastic pool to your visit I will leave a towel out also.

My wife and I have a nice semi-forested fully fenced backyard in Minnetonka. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly. Our 3 yr old Labradoodle Pepper spends countless hours playing, sniffing, and napping in it. Thanks for looking! PS - We have chickens secured inside their coop in the fenced in area. Your dog may be very distracted with them, FYI!
