Our 11 acres of fields and woods provides a private oasis for your furry friends to roam, sniff, and play. We value our guests privacy if we are home we will be inside and out of your way. If home we will also make sure to provide fresh water for your pup ahead of time! We are hoping to get more doggy friendly fencing in the future, but for now any pups who love being off leash this spot is for you! We are not near any highways or congested roads we are nestled in trees surrounded by farms. The woods have a few trails throughout but it is fairly un groomed. There is a stream in the back of the woods for play!

Welcome to our yard… and home to our “$10 guarantee.” We love our animals above all else and want to make sure everyone can afford to have a large, safe place for their pups to run and play. That’s why, despite our overwhelming growth in popularity over the past year, we pledge to all our visitors that we won’t raise the price above $10. This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill on the path on the right to the pond. We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool is closed for winter but will reopen in April 2025. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round. We ask that you try to keep your dogs from playing on the pool cover.

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

We will make you aware if that's the case so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Park in the driveway close to the fence. Open the gate and enjoy! There's a hose, water bowl, chuck it and two balls. If we haven't put them out, feel free to open the container for seat cushions for the deck chairs. We want you and your dog to be comfortable and peaceful. The black trash bin closest to the garage is the spot for dog bags. We try to keep a sniff spot sign on it but it often comes off. Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard.
