55A really special spot! Barb is so thoughtful with sharing this space. She communicated well about the space and was very, very welcoming.
It is so wonderful to have the huge open field and the little trails through the woods.
Muck boots were a must. I would use caution if throwing the ball in the field as there are many holes. I did hear rifle shots off in the distance (way off the property) so it might be a consideration for noise phobic dogs.Sara C.

55A perfect visit today! As far as I could tell, all fencing was intact despite the snow and ice. The dogs had a blast, though we left a few minutes early as they were accumulating snow frozen to their fluffy feet. If I'd have planned better, I would have brought my snow shoes! MARY A.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
