Right now dogs run the property freely in the backyard only and we have not had any problems. The Lounge is fenced! It’s hybrid indoor/outdoor. On cold days it’s indoor only, it’s a heated garage lounge with expandable fence. Dog parents can use desks and there’s free WiFi, coffee bar, printer. Get some work done while the dogs have full run of the lounge! Lounge has agility equipment, toys, water, treats, and the non human furniture is theirs to scratch! Private horse farm situated on 10 acres surrounded by trees and very secluded. The front pasture is approximately 3 acres and has split rail fence covered with wire mesh for your pups safety. There is a picnic table with an umbrella to relax at while your pup/pups frolic in the field. There are trees and shady areas for your pet to get out of the sun and roll around in the grass. There are dog toys, towels and water bowls. There is a water hydrant for fresh water as needed.

Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!

So we decided to open it up for others to enjoy please bring your dog let him or her run around. There's a bucket with dog toys there's a bowl for water please dump it when you are done and return all the toys back to the bucket.

(Currently we have a fawn just learning to run.) Well behaved dogs a must, no aggressive dogs allowed. We have a mellow and friendly 10 year old cocker spaniel. (It’s important to schedule a time, so I can close her access to the backyard.) Nicely shaded to keep your dog cool. 1 mile easy walk from house to park. Make an afternoon of it, enjoy a 1 hour stroll through the Montgomery Arboretum, then relax in the shade on one of our four chairs (bring your own beverages), water bowl and fresh well water available for dogs. Toss a ball around or let your dogs run around the yard. We ask that you pick up after your dog(s). Thanks.

Private dog park for your pups! Approx half acre, fully fence 6’ aluminum fencing, with 3.75” between vertical rods. There may be some very small gaps (under 4”) under fencing as it was installed this year. Please do not allow your dog to dig. We are facing The Great Swamp wildlife refuge with various animals living behind us, so they may be tempted with scents. 😊 While there is secure fencing under the deck, please also do not allow your dog to dig and create gaps, for safety reasons. This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. We are located on a dead end, and it is typically very quiet and peaceful here. You are welcome to park in my driveway (but please do not block in any cars). Thank you for considering our Sniffspot!
