Welcome to the Happy Dipper - Top Sniffspot Destination Park in Dallas! We Open at 6:00 AM-10:00 PM. FALL: We are open for Fall! Dogs love the cool water. (Pool is unheated, except upon request. $25 fee to heat pool - minimum 4 hrs notice.) You may also enjoy our bubbling, relaxing hot tub for a $10 amenity fee. Our park is a peaceful, fully fenced, safe, private yard and pool oasis for dogs, situated in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac. We are located in Richardson, 20 mins from Downtown Dallas and 5 miles from UT-Dallas. Plenty of easy street parking is always available right in front, steps from the gate. Shaded Pool with Jumping Board and Play Yard for Dogs. Easy to access, private self-check in. Enjoy this fully fenced spot with pup toys, agility equipment, digging areas, and amenities for both pups and humans. Pool (with stair steps to enter!) with a big sun shade. Relax in the lounge chairs, play axe throwing or corn hole, or kick back while your pups splash to their heart's content! Additional fencing added Aug '24! We are open for early morning visits starting at 6am, and we have string lights for after dark visits as well! Max 6 dogs. Max 2 humans per dog. There is one neighbor with 1 dog, and a full privacy fence. This is a pool and grassy play area - there may be mud and dirt present. Feel free to use provided towels and hose to clean up! 6 humans live in this property; you may encounter them while walking to/from your vehicle. All pool activities should be dedicated to supporting your dog. Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. **Our spot will be closed for the first 2 weeks in June as we undertake a big landscaping project that will include all new grass! We look forward to having all our pup friends and their humans back soon in our new and improved spot!** In the Park Cities, Uptown and central Dallas areas it is hard to find dog parks that aren’t muddy or over crowded, making it nerve-racking for small or shy dogs. With lush green grass, paved stone areas and large mature trees, this yard in the nearby Bird Streets is a dog’s paradise. Our house sits on a half-acre corner lot and has a large fully fenced backyard with unique areas. There is plenty of space for running, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the grass. A splash pad provides some extra fun during these hot summer days. We keep capacity limited in order to provide a custom experience and to keep the massive amounts of space a haven for your porches. Located right by White Rock Lake, our backyard has plenty of room for your pup to frolick and run around! We have two levels in the backyard, so running up and down the stairs will give your dog plenty of exercise. We have water for your dog outside and plenty of spots for you to lounge and hangout while your dog gets their zoomies out.
