Not a business - community service for disabled people trying to owner train their service dogs in training. Quiet fenced in yard in residential neighborhood. Parking available in driveway or on street. Two fenced yards available. One pea-gravel (800 sq feet) and one mostly grass (6000 sq feet). Splash pad, agility equipment, and rental dogs available. Price set as low as it goes. This is not a business this is a community service being run out of a home with a Karen neighbor. Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water bowl/container- we do have a hose available for fill ups. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Overall, the spot is quiet but please read the detailed sections about people, dogs, and domestic animals that can be seen/heard from our spot prior to booking. 60 acres of forest and trails on a woodland preserve. Past our property is the Appalachian Trail. Canopy shade when there are leaves. There are little streams, logs, rocks and all sort of areas for digging, running, jumping and sniffing. There is an upper trail and a lower trail and they both loop together. Up the trail to the right is a deck with chair and table and supplies. You can watch your dog in all directions from this vantage point as they run free and smell all the smells of a forest.
