Frequently Asked Questions This is my first time with Sniffspot, what can I expect at CC Dog Park? Your first experience will be completely private, no other dogs or people will be around during your visit. You have the freedom to play, run, or walk around the property. When you get here, we will give you a tour of the property and then leave you for the hour. We have a picnic table with umbrella you can sit at during your stay. Will there be other dogs around? No. Upon your visit, our dogs will be kept inside while you’re outside. No other distractions except the possibility of seeing neighboring dogs. ****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

We just got a five foot kid pool! We have over four acres. Three acres are in the backyard and one acre is in the front yard. We will be adding more amenities over time. We also have boat and car storage that you can book through the Neighbor app.

Hi, we love our property and want to share it with other people. There are different areas. 1 is kind of wooded, there’s short grass open spaces, other area with pine trees other area with lots of plants because it’s a small nursery.. property is not fenced at the entrance at this time. All other sides of property are fenced. The restroom is in the back of the house in a small beige building. You may walk with your dog(s) anywhere within the property. Around the house, into the horse barn, through the Nursery, into the woods,etc.. We have a Basset Hound and 6 children. Kiddos usually inside the house or in the pool, Benito our doggie is inside and outside. We try to keep him inside when visitors come. He is very friendly but barks at strangers until he hears them sweetly talk to him. : ) or pet him. Thank You for choosing our property to walk your doggie.

Check out spot: We’re available any time between 8:30am - 8:30pm daily. Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.

We have a half acre with plenty of seating and shade, toys, fresh water, and a trash for waste. Our salt water pool is large and heated to 85+ on days that are under 80 degrees. The pool is cleaned between visits and is tested regularly to maintain peak water quality. Humans are allowed to swim with their dogs but please abide by the pool rules. Humans are welcome to swim along their dog, however- there is not an on-site bathroom for use so please come prepared! Please note that the inflatable slide is not for guest or dog use. Our spot in conveniently located within walking distance from downtown Dade City. There are many pet friendly places in town. Please let the host know if you’d like to remain parked in the driveway while you go into town (we don’t mind!). It’s a great way to let dogs dry off :) Thank you!!

Huge yard, completely fence, back has 5' tall privacy fence. I lost my furbaby Niko in 2020 to CHF but he used to absolutely LOVE traipsing around the entire house and would make a complete 360 degree lap around the full house when outside. After living in an apt for years, I'm glad he got to experience his own yard without having to be leashed. Again, nice big yard, circles the entire house, partially privacy fenced in the back, trees for shading and bushes for curiosity.

The property is 4 acres but the front yard is 2 acres fully fenced with a shaded front porch(the pic with my GS in it shows one half of the porch) there are chairs to sit along with fresh water and dry towels for your fur baby. There is also a shaded back porch with the smaller fenced in area if you would rather be back there. There is always doggie treats and cold water or soda for you. Inside restrooms for you if needed. My girl will be inside with me but is extremely friendly if you need to come in for the restroom. It’s my mom and I during the day. We would love to have you and your fur baby come for a visit! Dragonfly Ranch is an independently owned small farm where people can come learn homesteading skills and sustainable living skills. It's a wonderful place to bring your dog to exercise, sniff, roam, roll and play while you relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. I only book one person per day so you can stay up to 2 hours if you like. As a reminder I require at least 24 to 48 hours notice before booking. Showing up at my gate will not get you entrance unless you have communicated with me directly and I have confirmed your booking.
