This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Our field is fully fenced with 6' chain link fence, including a double gate to ensure that no dog can ever escape. Water is available for the dogs, and seating is available under our beautiful trees in the shade for you. As the fall starts to get colder and winter is upon us, we do plan to stay open for the winter. We plan to snowblow parts of the field so that there is a path when the snow gets super deep, and we’ll try to keep the area directly beside the barn clear for you. This is our plan… we’ll see how it works out in reality. :) If you have snowshoes, it may be a good idea to bring them some days depending on how much snowfall we’ll get. There is a bench around the tree on the far hill for you to sit on if you like. There are very few distractions here so it is a great space for play and/or training. We had a great time at this Sniffspot. It was the first time in a long time that my dog reactive dogs have been able to be off leash. They looked SO happy to be running through the field and cooling off in the muddy “pond” (more like a big puddle). Will definitely be coming back. But to anyone going - bring towels if your dog likes water because we went during a DRY spell and there was still a decent amount of water there.

This place is a life saver for me and my 1 year old reactive shepherd. We can’t go to public places so this is the perfect solution. It’s very well kept, the fence is high and secure in all areas (fence is a wire mesh and the holes are relatively large so I wouldn’t bring any small size dogs since I think they could fit through). It has a small marsh on it and a big hill and a small sitting area in the shade.
