55Very spacious and secure spot. Open fields and wooded areas so lots of variety and my Italian greyhound and Mini Aussie had a blast. Easy entry and the owner does have a trash can just inside the gate.
While not an issue for us and likely dependent on recent rainfall, there is an area at the back of the wooded area on the far side an area that was wet and muddy…so you will want to bring some clean up stuff in case your doggo finds it. Beau loved it.
There is a school or ball field close and a baseball game was underway when we were there. Beau tends to react to voices but he did not react. He noticed it but I think it is far enough away that he managed it well. No issue but sharing this for other reactive dog owners in case this is something that is an issue for your reactive doggo.
We had a great time and highly recommend this spot.Denise A.

55This place was great. There are very few large open places in the Atlanta area, so this is an amazing find. There are no frills, but it is the perfect place to explore, play ball, and hang out with your pup. Not to mention, it's fairly easy to find and get in for your session.Lindsey W.

55Spacious! Perfect combo of woods and fields. I brought balls and a blanket and a jug of water for my pack. I’ll for sure be back! Easy to find, easy to navigate, close enough to the city yet far away! 🐕 Shauna H.

55This place is great. I have two Dobermans that love to run and they definitely get their energy out here. It’s also nice to have some woods in the back for them to go exploring. The property is very easy to get into and you can park your car inside the gate so you don’t have to worry about walking them into the field.Loree N.

55This place is amazing!! Definitely bring your high energy dogs here, they’ll be exhausted by the end of your visit. I loved watching my dogs sprint for 45 minutes straight.
Some things to know:
- There’s some farm equipment, nothing dangerous but just be aware.
- There’s a park next to the property and I heard people playing sports, but my dogs didn’t seem to care.
- We did see some dogs on the other side of the street.
- Bring your own water.
- If you bring toys, make sure they are brightly colored because the grass is a little long and it’s easy for stuff to get lost.
We’ll definitely be back!Emily F.

55This is such a fun space. So much to explore. I’m sure it will become our new favorite! My wild child found rabbit poop, deer poop and a few toads, he was in heaven 😂🐸
- if you have a reactive dog, there seems to be a trail right up against the fence line in the back. We encountered people running along it while we were there
- bring bug spray (It’s wooded after all)
- bring waterAnna B.

55We enjoyed our time here! Great space! The yard is big and flat with petty of room for running and playing fetch. The pool is also very big if your dog likes swimming!
Very secure wooden fencing.
If you have a reactive dog, note that there was a kitty (albeit very cute!) at eye level in the window.

FAQ about our Roswell fully fenced dog parks
Are fully fenced dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. Human and animal safety is our #1 focus. Without a private option, many dog owners are relegated to using athletic fields or tennis courts for their dogs, which are not private or safe. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. And with fully fenced Sniffspot parks, you can get the safety of a fenced-in space for dogs, while still having plenty of space to run.

How do I know if a fully fenced dog park works for my dog?
Many people looking for fully fenced parks have dogs that are not good with voice control. Start by applying basic filters, such as fences height and distractions, to find a dog park that works for your dog. You can see attributes of fences such as height, gaps and fencing type to find the perfect fenced-in space for dogs. You can filter by size to make sure you have plenty of space, or a smaller space if you prefer a neighborhood park. You can browse on a map by park location to find one in your city or near your city. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our off-leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible near the space. Make sure to review the amenities of the spot to check features you want for your activity, such as fresh water, trail features such as soft trails or walking trails, or even water fountains. If you prefer wood chips, many of our parks have wood chips or indoor space if you prefer a beautiful park building.
What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot fully fenced dog park?
We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not permit use by pregnant dogs and we do not permit dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules, such as staying within the designated off-leash areas. Each park location also has their own set of rules that guests need to follow, such as limiting excessive barking.
