I have two dogs on the property, golden retriever and a coonhound who are kept in a seperate private back yard attached to the house. When people enter the driveway they alert bark me that someone is in the driveway that they dont know. This form of barking can be intimidating so I try my best to stay on top of the schedule and bring my dogs in when people unload and load their cars. For the smaller sniff spot on the property this likely won't be an issue, as parking will be on the side of the house in the gravel lot, close to this "scratch's spot" enclosure.

This is a working farm. You will likely spot some barn cats in the distance. We are located next to puppy love kennel so dogs might be audible from the spot, but it is about 4 acres away from this sniff spot. Then there is the large sniff spot in the back field that can also be booked. But it is not designed for a small dog. This is my second spot, designed for very small dog or puppies beginning their training.

This is a working farm, kid friendly. You will likely at one point come across my dad glenn in overalls, he's the owner of the property. Super nice. The other guy working on the farm is my brother carson, very nice. Then there is me and my kids , my name is Megan. Husband's name is Adam. Let us know if you need anything. We remain out of the actual sniff spot during your time to give you privacy. No one should be entering the sniff spot but you and your personal guests you have booked for your time slot.

****IMPORTANT : all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** COMING SOON in JUNE. This is a fully enclosed chicken coop that is 18.5 feet long, meshed. I am converting it into a place for very small dogs to have a safe space to be off leash in a grassy spot with a cover so they are safe from pray birds. It will also be a space where people with adventure cats are free to book, so there will some cat climbing trees. For a cat, please message for details, you will have to book through the Swimply App, as sniff spot is only designed for dog visitors. My vision for this encloser is to have hay grass, a couple of young cedar trees that can be transplanted later when they are getting too big for the enclosure. Some logs/ stumps... trying to recreate a mini forest inside the space. With shade and chairs for humans to sit and relax. I will be adding some agility equipment for small dogs or cats to practice jumping through hoops and doing adorable stuff.

Please keep dogs leashed until it is your time slot and are in the designated area and keep in mind you may pass another dog owner with their dog on a leash leaving or entering the spot. IF YOU CAN NOT CONTROL YOUR DOG ON A LEASH WHEN PASSING ANOTHER DOG PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS SPOT. Lots of seniors visit this spot and they may need some extra time to walk to their cars. Space includes a small wooded area within the fenced area. Bathroom available on site in the smaller barn. SMOKE FREE ZONE. Pick up after dogs, garbage bin provided. There are a few seniors visiting with mobility issues which is taken into consideration when there is poop left behind. You can always message me and let me know a general area and I can try to run out and pick it up between the next visit. There are some small gaps in the fence, so this is a great spot for large and medium sized dogs. Not a spot recommended for small dogs or severely reactive. Please keep dogs leashed until it is your time slot and are in the designated area and keep in mind you may pass another dog owner with their dog on a leash leaving or entering the spot.
