A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $11 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. *** Our most recent additions include a fully functioning restroom within the park perimeter and we now offer self-service snacks and drinks via Venmo, PayPal or Cash. 100% of the snack purchase Donations go directly to the PAW it Forward Sanctuary, NON Profit 501c3 Rescue. Hello! If your pup needs a private, fenced area to run off-leash, we've got just the spot! U-shaped yard has plenty of room to run and play. Hose is available for drinking water, water play, and bathing. Please remember to shut off the faucet when you're finished. Shaded patio seating area. We put treats, toys and fresh water out before each visit when we can. Short notice bookings are welcome, but please note we may not be available to put goodies out. Empty bowls are provided and can be filled with the hose. Need something else? Just ask! We'll try to accommodate every request. We are new to this and adding amenities as we're learning what our guests want and need. We frequently dog sit for multiple people and we block off reservations during those times. If you have special circumstances and need a spot during a block, just message me and I'll see if I can arrange it. We're not quite ready to get a dog of our own yet, but in the meantime, this amazing yard shouldn't go to waste. We love seeing your cute pups having fun in our yard and especially love when you share photos :)

So I honestly know how hard it is to find a place that is comfy for you and your pups. I have a GIANT backyard where you and your pup can stretch your legs! 🩷🩵 Relax in a shaded area and enjoy your time with one another. I do have a table in case you want to set your things down. I promise I'll eventually move it into the shaded area. I know my spot isn't as extravagant as other lovely spots I've seen but I actually feel safe and calm here. So! Private full wooden fenced space on a quiet cul-de-sac. Huge back yard. Quiet and private. Please note the price of booking for a dog includes 2 adults, additional dogs added includes 1 additional adult at no extra charge. If you would like to share the spot with friends, please select the correct number of additional adults in the EXTRAS. The maximum number of adults at our spot is 8. The maximum number of cars is 2 at this time. Great for large dogs and sectioned for smaller pups too! We currently have no dogs or other pets, nor children. This is our private home. The space is open most of the day between 9am-8pm (Daylight hours). Summer grass areas are sunny and bright and begin to be shaded by the afternoon. Driveway Parking Please when possible. My neighbors prefer it. **BARKERS: My neighbors are starting to complain about excessive barking. If your dog is extremely vocal, this spot may not be the best choice. Normal and light barking is totally fine. I personally don't care, the barking doesn't bother me but I back up to neighbors on all sides. ((Especially if you choose morning or late afternoon hours) Digging is ok in the small fenced area to the right and water is available. Plenty of seating for humans. Host is usually on sight and works from home. Contact with host is optional.

Welcome to Maxie Pool for private water play time! The first pet pool in the area. The pool is chlorinated and professionally cleaned weekly. We provide S/M/L size dog life jackets (1 jacket for each size) and some pool toys. 2 guests come free with the 1st dog. Any additional dog includes 1 additional guest at no extra charge. If you have extra guests coming, please select the correct number of additional guests in the EXTRAS. Extra guest is $15/person/hour. Total 6 guests max. Sorry the pool is not suitable for children. Children under 16 years old are not allowed to enter the property for safety reasons. POOL RULES (please read) *Please note this is a private swimming session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times, NO coach/lifeguard on site. *The east side of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pet & humans swim at their own risk. Children under 16 years old are not allowed for safety reason. The host is not responsible for any liability. *Dog owners and guests are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but please note NO BATHROOM is provided. As this is mainly the dog pool, dogs constantly bring oil/dust/dirt to the pool. We clean after each visit and the filter system is on but there is a limit to how much the filter system can handle. Generally, the water is clearer on weekdays compared to weekends. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *This is a quiet neighborhood, please respect our neighbors so no screaming/yelling/loud music/pool parties. *Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the pool area, only off-leash your dog once the pool gate is locked. *The pool area is fenced. Please make sure the pool fence is locked at all times. *Please note there are plants, trees & flowers, and areas with mulch, rocks & stones in the backyard. Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet owners. *Please bring your own towels. No water hose/outlets/dryers available in the backyard and no shower facilities for dogs. *Pool is professionally cleaned by the pool cleaning company every Monday and there might be pool chemicals. *No dog treats/human food or glassware in the pool. *No use of the pool beside the registered guests. *No peeing/pooping in the pool. Please pay close attention to your dog and let me know asap if your dogs accidentally pee/poop in the pool. *Please note there are external security cameras on the side gate entrance and the backyard. Video footage is only accessed should there be security incidents.

Our play park is located on a lovely equestrian property...we are fully fenced gated private home/facility. There are farm animals, the sounds of wild birds everywhere, we are friendly and love to say hi. This year we are working on adding all kids of fun things to our newly designated dog park.... come on and play :)

**AUGUST 2024 UPDATE: Our fields are now brown & dry but we keep them mowed. Please be aware of this before booking (it is not lush, soft green grass anymore). We are in a very sunny spot with minimal shade - while it is still warm, we recommend morning or early evening visits, however, we will keep the calendar open for midday to book as well. Additionally, guests can enjoy the adjacent hillside which is partially-fenced. You are welcome to enjoy this off-leash or, if you're more comfortable, take a little stroll through the grass. Our property is pretty much full sun. If you visit midday/afternoon, be prepared for heat as the weather warms up. We have planted some trees but they are still quite small.

A great place to practice training, socialize a young puppy, or play rough.

Welcome to our little farm! It's never perfect and always a work in progress, but I think your dogs will have a blast in our large backyard with lots to explore and smell! Please note: we actively work on thistle and foxtails abatement on the property (it's a neverending battle 😩) you might find some that we missed. Send me a message and let me know where you see it! We have three kids and a menagerie- 99% of the time, we're in survival mode 😂 Your dog will love the large backyard with the hill that's perfect for loping up and down and sniffing all the exciting smells that come with country living- so many gophers, birds, and even deer make their appearance from time to time. We have goats, a black sheep, chickens and ducks in the pasture that backs up to the fenced yard, so your dog will get a lot of new experiences. You can relax on our deck while your dog explores. We just finished a daybed swing which is super comfortable and shaded under the wisteria vine 🩷 We have a sweet and docile Great Pyrenees named Bosco who is basically a saint and is nearly perfect. And then we have Rocco 🤣 We just adopted Rocco, and he's currently adjusting to life outside the shelter after waiting 99 days to be adopted.... He has destroyed all our screens and water fountain pumps, along with the regular chewing of toys and shoes. We are trying to keep up with him, but it's been a challenge. You might find some stray pieces of *something* that we missed from his jaws of death. Both of our boys will be crated inside during your visit. We're on a well, so we don't water the lawn a ton in the summer to conserve water, so it can get a little dusty, but we do keep things mowed and trimmed. Our garden and yard is a work in progress- I'm currently focusing on adding drought tolerant native plants to work with my favorite blooms. There will be small changes in our retreat every time you visit (at least, that's my goal 😂) You'll see piles of cardboard by my goat pen waiting to be used as a weed barrier under mulch. I promise it's not a pile of trash- it's all part of my master plan to not use herbicides and have an organic garden. 🌱🌏 We hope you and your dog loves our Sniffspot!

Fully-fenced yard in the Los Gatos hills on a quiet street. You can park in the driveway, and then enter through the wooden gate on the left (when you're facing the house), and then proceed into the backyard through the black gate. The yard is fully fenced with dog bags, toys, treats, and water available. Feel free to use my garbage can.
