Great place, lots of open space. Plus a place to swim. We had our dogs on long lines which made it a bit of a challenge for us but they loved it. We never did find the walking path but didn’t hinder anyone’s fun!

If God has a place in Heaven for Dogs WE FOUND IT!!! Otis’ place is so amazing. Laken does well off leash anywhere we go but to see her run and explore and check in with me was so fun. I kept telling her to go find the pot of gold. She would take off and come back to check in. I highly recommend this place. I came from California and we don’t have anything like this where we live. I feel blessed that we could experience Otis’ slice of heaven. Rest easy sweet boy.

Licia’s property is beautiful and my Weimaraner puppy was able to run off-leash freely through an open field, the woods, play and drink from a creek. The property has a beautiful natural spring and a nice dock the dogs can jump from if so inclined. We enjoyed ourselves abd appreciate the efforts Licia has gone through to give guest a valued added experience. We will visit again!!! Thank you Licia!!!

Otis’ Private Dog Park was amazing! This was my first time using SniffSpot and I was very anxious because my 2 dogs are reactive in unfamiliar settings and their time outside our home is very limited and I have been trying to find ways for them to enjoy the outdoors in a safe and secure way. That’s very hard to do with coming into frequent encounters with off leash dogs everywhere we go. I much appreciated that this area was very secure and secluded!! Both my babies love to swim and took full advantage of the creek and swimming areas and there were toys available for us to use as well. Absolutely will be returning!! Thank you so much for sharing your space with others who need it!

We had such a wonderful time! Licia gave us a map to the property and we were able to explore the whole thing in the 1.5 hour booking. From the springs, to the secret garden, to the castle and train tracks, and lastly the beautiful woods, this SniffSpot can’t be beat! If your dog is off leash trained, this space is a must try! We will absolutely be back.

I have never seen my dogs have so much fun!! The owner met us to explain everything which was so helpful. We walked around the property and our dogs enjoyed a little swim and LOVED it, even in the January weather. I wish we could come everyday. One of our new favorite places on earth!!

This spot is amazing! I have 2 shepherds with a ton of energy that aren’t dog friendly who need to run and this was the perfect place for them to explore. There is a large grass yard and trails along with a creek for them to swim in. Licia even had toys and towels available. I can’t recommend enough

If you ever wanted to experience a little nature trail walking for your doggos with mild distractions, this was perfect! Such a neat spot and my dogs had so much to explore and sniff. It’s in a residential area so we saw some people far away and heard some dogs barking. My crazy german shep has a shaky recall sometimes but it was not an issue! They had so much fun exploring and they were TIRED after. The host was very kind and helpful as well.

This was my first Sniffspot experience and it was all I had hoped. My shepherd Bronson needed some space unleashed that wasn't a bark park (this time) and this was beautiful, convenient, the area was varied in layout. Today he most enjoyed jumping in the water then giving full vent to his zoomies, which this space allowed in spades! The host was gracious, informative and welcoming. This is such a treat!

This is an incredible place! My shepherd is reactive with shaky (at best) recall. The creek that surrounds the open play area is a natural deterrent against wandering off and we both were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. So very many cute picture opportunities. The host is gracious, the area beautifully kept and clean. Highly recommended!!
