10.5 acre farm in Bensalem pa along the neshaminy creek. We have a barn with 7 goats and 1 cow All dogs are welcome to utilize the trail and creek. Our property is partially fenced in but lots of space to run. Creek is perfect for the dogs to take a dip and trail is walkable. Come relax by a tranquil pond and waterfall with over a 1/2 acre of scenic running grounds for your fur buddy. If your do is a good listener and is good off leash, this is a great large area to run and play. Bring a tent or umbrella for shade and hang out. Bring lunch.

There is a patio with table and chairs for humans to relax. front yard has a hill with a long driveway for some great exercise and backyard is fully fenced. Playground set for small children to use while the doggies run free without disturbance. The trampoline is off limits; please do not use it. Feel free to use the hose to fill your dog’s water bowl. In winter, the water is turned off. If you want to enjoy the lush (not fenced) front yard, relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset or sunrise. The view is stunning. Take Two Acres is a private, fenced two acre property that borders a working horse farm. It is a tranquil, open setting, surrounded by trees with lots of sun and shade for your fur baby's enjoyment. Many amenities are offered for you and your pups enjoyment of our space including toys, water hose and bowls, poo bags, and a large fire pit. We have two dogs of our own and do our best to pick up after them. Please understand it is a large property and they go out alone at night. We also have alot of deer traffic and other furry critters that we share our "piece of earth" with. Again, we do our best, but there are no guarantees you will not come across them (critters) or a land mine or two visiting out piece of earth.

We have a wide open yard for your pups to zoom around and get a great play day in. 2 large trees for shade lounge chairs are available. Garden hose is available for dog dishes. Pooper scooper and garbage can available. Bin of sticks available for fetch other toys will be available.

Private horse farm situated on 10 acres surrounded by trees and very secluded. The front pasture is approximately 3 acres and has split rail fence covered with wire mesh for your pups safety. There is a picnic table with an umbrella to relax at while your pup/pups frolic in the field. There are trees and shady areas for your pet to get out of the sun and roll around in the grass. There are dog toys, towels and water bowls. There is a water hydrant for fresh water as needed.
