Warning, short but somewhat steep hike up. Property is used as a campsite on most weekends but is usually free on week days. The entire property is 5 acres but there is a cliff that suddenly goes up at the end of camp so it probably makes the space where you would walk more like 2 acres. Maybe just one. I’m bad at guessing this. Unfenced so dogs must be on leash or have great recall. There is a fire pit but you would need to haul your own wood up a hill so I doubt you want to do that! Lots of brush. Lots of sniffing to be done. Feel free to use chairs and hammock but please do not go inside tent or use my wood. It’s hard to haul up there.

Enjoy about 200+ acres of beautiful hills, mountains, creeks, apple orchard, farm animals (goats, chickens, horses) and non labeled trails. The trails are alittle rocky & sometimes muddy dependent on what time of the year of course but you most definitely will run into some wild creatures There are also dog friendly restaurants a few miles away and airBnBs in this area that you can enjoy :)

Come enjoy the beautiful scenic view of Schoharie Valley! You and your pup can enjoy our 55 acres of fields and woods! There is a small stream that runs through the woods for you and your pup to enjoy! Multiple wildlife roam the property! If possible, I like to meet new guests first just to give them a lay of the land! I’ll provide you with a Google image of the property so you know the boundary lines! I also print out a list of local dog friendly eateries as well as other small cafes and shops locally! I provide a garden hose to rinse your pup off if they get a little muddy! And towels to dry them off! I typically have out a few tennis balls amongst other toys as well! And some treats for your pup to enjoy! 😊 Can’t wait for you to come explore Boreali Farms!

This is truly a private dog park! This fenced area is not connected to my house, nor is it visible from our house windows (only one bathroom window facing that way). It’s also not visible from the road or neighbors. For safety, there are double gates at the entrance. The area is mostly grassy except for a turf covered area that is prone to mud. Basic items are available like a dish for water, towels, a lawn chair, poop bags, a paw cleaner, long lines and a shovel to throw poo in the woods. Also, there are 2 trees for shade, a hose available, a sprinkler and 2 kiddie pools for your use. This area is used for my dog walking business a few hours per week but is available otherwise.

An open, fully fenced backyard where your dog(s) can run around and sniff the wildlife. We have a baby pool, a patio, and a pergola where you can relax while they explore.

We have goats, chickens and piggies but they will not be in the yard during your doggo’s play time! Although there may be a chicken or two in the yard. They are excellent escape artists! Our animals are very chill and are very used to humans and dogs (we have three).

Half fenced, half brick wall, plenty of space for playing! Optional dog friend if they are friendly! Dirt area for rolling and digging, lots of grass for our grazers and sunbathers! Sitting swing for the ones that like to hang but don’t want to play. Fire pit with seats for humans to hang out. The area is a 1 minute walk from the park also!

I have a chainlink which pups can see through the pickets on two sides facing front yard and side street, water access for the dogs with tables to use at leasure.

Welcome to A+J’s private dog park! When you book a visit, you and your dog(s) are the only ones in the space. Playdates are welcome. Our Sniffspot is our fully fenced, backyard attached to the house, with a private entrance from the driveway. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs are welcome. This centrally located spot in the Capital Region will be a comfortable, safe and fun space for you and your dog(s) to play. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Guilderland (near the borders of Albany and North Bethlehem) with ample driveway space. Easy access to the backyard - you can use the private black metal side gate (pictured) to enter the backyard. You’ll find ample space for running and playing. There’s even a dedicated smaller fenced in dog area within the larger fenced in backyard (if you’d like to use that dog-friendly space as well). For the humans, there is a large covered porch, with ample seating and outlets for charging your phone. For dogs, there is a water bowl with readily accessible hose for water, toys and treats available for use while in the backyard. We have two small pups (Daschunds) of our own (Murphy and Bucky) who love their backyard but they will be inside during your visit so your pups will have the space all to themselves. When you arrive, please pull into the driveway and park on the left, closest to the fenced yard. Enter through the gate to the left of the house and ensure the gate latched behind you. Enjoy! 🐾 🚨 RULES 🚨 - Please do not try to enter our shed or back door. Do not go through the gate at the back of the house (this leads to our private back yard for our family). - Please be mindful of the fencing around the tree and the propane cover. I’ve had a few dogs bump into it while playing fetch! - Please leave the spot as you found it. Pick up all poop. If your dog pees in the pool, please let me know so I can refill it before the next visitors arrive. - Return all toys you took out to the green bin. If a toy happens to go over the fence, don’t sweat it! Just message me via SniffSpot and I’ll go get it later. (Please don’t go onto neighboring properties to retrieve lost toys).
