No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. *Along the fenceline closest to the driveway, there is a fair amount of sweetgum balls - the sticky/prickly ones. Caution there w/ pups' paws! Rest of the yard is clean. There is a wooden Rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. Pls put back! There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! Our home is super easy to find/access and we have plenty of private (off-street) parking available, making it an ideal space to meet up for playdates. My yard is nice: a place where squirrels roam, toys may go on permanent vacation, and the grass is greener because some pups have left little presents on the land. (always bring a baggy! - I have some too). Feel free to use the water hose too!
