Options for all types and sizes! Three areas to choose from. Smaller fenced yard with enough space to get some expertise and pay and do their thing. Large acreage for the runner. Unfenced for quick pit stops for potty and sunsets. Lots of room for exercise and exploring. Water is available on the property. Treats and food upon request. Trash bins available for doggy duty clean up.

Sniffspot allows you to book without a confirmation from me, so again, please check with me first. I can usually accommodate bookings the same day (maybe at a different time), and I am sometimes free during the restricted times on my calendar* Large, fully enclosed yard. Dogs have access to the entire yard, which is part gravel, court, turf, concrete, and pool. ***If you or your dogs won't be using the pool and just want to use the yard, please message me for an adjusted rate.***

Welcome to Pawsitively zen!🐾 A private 1 acre off -leash oasis for your fur-babies to run and sniff around in a fully fenced and safe environment. Perhaps they’re feeling adventurous for a swim in our refreshing pool!💦🐾 Or maybe a good old fetch..catch..repeat🙌 🏀 We’ve also added an all new agility training area where you can practice commands. For my awesome PAWrents..Enjoy our complimentary hot cocoa/ coffee bar ☕️ along with our complimentary snacks and stocked fridge with refreshing drinks. And for our puppers we have delicious puppuccino cups , doggy treats and toys🐾🎾😋 Unwind and recharge in any of our shaded seating areas and tree swings 🧘🏻‍♀️ Feeling artsy? Paint a bird house while your pup explores about (Wood bird houses and paint provided free of charge🎨 😊) We have a whole selection of boardgames and an all new Giant Connect 4 ! **Pool use for humans is officially CLOSED** The fee is $6 per person per hour. 🎉If you would like to book for a group of more than 6 people be sure to check out the “extra” section for “Family and Friends Park Rental” which includes barbecue area, unlimited dogs, unlimited human guests pool use (during open season). Safe and secure

we have a huge side yard in a gated community. Nice lush grass. I can provide some agility equipment upon request. I am also a certified professional dog trainer so if you would like Dog Training that will be an additional fee I will offer 20 minutes of free training advice.

Fully fenced in yard. There’s a strip of grass for dogs to play. ( 1/2 shaded mid day ) Lots of room to roam- but mostly on rocks / sand ( can get hot during peak time ) . Dog pool with hose on side yard. Towels provided. There is an umbrella for shade over the pool for maximum relaxation. Outdoor hammock next to pool. Dog toy bin with used dog toys. Dog treats on back table for the goodest boys and girls & dog water bowl. Seating & table for humans ( in shade ). Water bottles for humans. Poop bags and bug spray also provided (on back table) as well as sunscreen and tanning oil ( next to the pool) . Hope you enjoy our space! * I will lock my dogs inside while you are here. They WILL bark. If you have a friendly dog who wants to play with a friendly bullmastiff, let me know. Our Phil is still just a puppy (1 yr) and loves dogs!
