Would definitely recommend booking for more than an hour if you can, the property is huge and there’s so much to explore! It was just as fun for us as it was for the dogs. Make sure to do a tick check once you’re done, we found quite a few on the dogs, which is to be expected after all of the running around they did!

One of the most beautiful properties! Pair that with the peace of mind that I was able to hike and just enjoy my dog and nature without worry, made it a wonderful experience! We had a wonderful time at Breezy Meadows. It was the perfect spot to let dogs run around and enjoy themselves, without having to recall them around every bend. They loved racing around the sand hill, wander along the wild flower trail, and taking lots of dips in the pond. The signs were fantastic and made it easy to navigate the spot, and I was beyond impressed with how well maintained the paths and trails were. This is a place we will definitely be back to, and we can’t wait to introduce our other dog friends to it as well!

Such a beautiful property. We have 2 reactive rescue dogs and being able to have them offleash without worry of bumping into anyone was a great experience. Would definetly recommend and will be coming back! Also the hosts were super welcoming.

Yesterday was another great time! This was my best visit yet, with perfect weather and no bugs in September. The water is also beautiful and clear at this time of year and my dog enjoyed chasing the minnows. Thanks again to our host for always going above and beyond for an exceptional experience!

Had an amazing time with our reactive pup Lola. Lots of trails and things to explore and I don't think we even got to see everything over the hour that we were there! Such a special place and the first time in a long while that we felt safe having her off leash. Really great signage around the trails as well.

Another amazing visit to Breezy Meadows! Vitaliy is always such a gracious host! If ever needed, the trails are wide enough for a doggy stroller! Starling really enjoyed taking in all the smells while being chauffeured around on her chariot 🖤

This spot is wonderfully maintained and offers a diversity of options, including an open play area, water access and beautiful trails. We ended up wishing we’d booked for several more hours to explore more of the trails. The host is incredibly responsive and friendly, and ease of comfort for guests is a top priority as is evidenced by the excellent signs throughout the trails and clear directions.
