Dog waste stations, water hose and water bowl are all provided for convenience. Every booking is exclusive use only. No other people or dogs will be on the property during your visit. While dogs may occasionally be heard in the distance, there are no dogs on site or immediate nearby. The space isn’t just for dogs - it’s for their people too. The quiet would it environment creates a peaceful place to unplug walk the trail sit in the shade and simply enjoy watching your dog be a dog without distractions or stress. The property is fully enclosed with a chain-link fence. Small dogs or dogs that dig or test boundary should be supervised at all times. Ideal for high energy dogs who need to roam reactive or anxious, dogs, needing privacy training session or decompression walks. Important notes: (1) natural terrain with underbrush, downed trees, and some non-native plants with burrs. (2) the north east corner was previously a nightclub site and occasional debris may remain. House is strictly off limits. Owners are responsible for their dogs at all times and for cleanup.

Right now, our 5 acres is fully fenced in with two artesian well made ponds and about 2 acres uncleared in the back of the property. Your dogs are free to play and run where they’d like! Best for dogs who love to play, roam and run but don’t run away from their owners too far! We plan on adding a smaller fenced in option that will have pond access, a bench, toys, tunnels, etc for dogs to play in eventually! On our property you have access to chairs and side table to use as well as dog toys, poop bags, a trash can for waste, water bowls, dog cleansing wipes and running hose water! 💦

Madelina's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Vero Beach

Backyard space that’s been recently fenced in with a 6 foot high wooden privacy fence lined with composite plywood and pavers to discourage any escape artists. There are technically 2 separate yards with a chain link between them. Don’t let small dogs hang out in the part by the building without a lead on as there are spaces under the gate they could potentially escape. This is a space that is used extremely frequently during the day as we ourselves have a pack of 3 dogs as well as I do dog training on property during normal work hours. We disinfect entire area weekly and spray for flea and ticks monthly. Please respect our space. Clean up after your pup and if you notice or your pup creates any problems within the enclosure, please let us know ASAP. There are jumps behind the bench you are welcome to use and I have a medium size pop up tunnel upon request. If you book ahead of time, I’ll make sure to put out bowls and water, otherwise feel free to use the hose.
