Welcome to our Sniffspot! Our property is located on a sprawling 1-acre land with plenty of space for your furry friend to run around and play. We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. ( 1st dog is free. After that every other dog is an add on). Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Our Sniffspot is perfect for dogs who love to play and explore in a safe and secure environment. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our Sniffspot!

Large, fully fenced backyard. Side gate entrance. Large grass area for dogs to run and play, dirt area to dig and run. Water bowl for dogs, ice chest with bottled water for humans, poop scooper and waste container. Property location is less a few minutes from the 10 freeway, which makes it the perfect location to let your dog get in some exercise, and have a potty break along your route without the worry of dirty pet areas at rest stops, or hazardous conditions at gas station parking lots. Your dog will be ready to nap and rest quietly after running and playing at this country sniff spot-which will enable you to continue traveling on to your destination. Have your dog’s birthday party on our lush green grass. Plenty of room for dogs to play and their humans to take pics and enjoy seeing the joy on their faces. The yard is absolutely secure and the dogs can feel free to use all of their senses to have an amazing time. Conveniently location less than 5 minutes from the 10 freeway, our spot makes for the perfect play space for your pup. During summer we offer water features including a mister, splash pad and wading pool. Extra shade is also set up for your comfort. There is an old swing set on property, that is a ‘use at your own risk.’ We keep it up because our dogs, and family members enjoy it, but before use your own discretion before using. Cold bottled water in outdoor frig for humans and fresh water in bowls for your pups. This is a country yard. I walk the property prior to every visit but guest should be aware to wildlife such as bugs, squirrels, gophers, hawks, skunks, snakes, etc. We hope you enjoy our yard. 😎 Complimentary Keurig coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cold bottled water available for all guests during your visit. Country and forest life, rolled into one! Located in Wildwood Canyon, near Wildwood Canyon State Park with beautiful large Ancient Black Oak Trees that tower over our spot for natural shade. We have been Sniffspot hosts for over a year and have even been featured in Sniffspot promotional videos for unique host properties and experiences, along with being a top spot. With a fully fenced area for your fur babies (big and small) to run and explore. While pup parents can sit and relax, walk around the grounds, take a hike on our small backtrail, or swing, it is perfect for pups, adults, and children to enjoy (especially during the summer and snowy months). If your fur baby needs water after so much excitement and play, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible throughout the property), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We take pride in giving our fur visitors the best possible experience, along with keeping their human parents in mind. We set out some extras for not only the pups, but also the humans, without any extra charge. Our goal is to make you feel welcomed as soon as you reserve your Sniffspot time and before walking onto our property. ❤️ It's a little piece of heaven that we enjoy daily and decided to open it up to our community. We also have our very own yard guardian, that we named BLUE (featured in our main property photo). He protects the rest of the small birds such as the finches and blue jay's from the crows and hawks. WHAT IS A SNIFFSPOT? You and your pups can come and relax in this beautiful fenced in backyard without having to worry about having other dogs or people around. SniffSpots are perfect for reactive dogs or those who just don’t have the yard space to get all their zoomies out. But of course, anyone is welcome to come and enjoy our pool and yard! Our address is: off Santa Angela St, Highland (full address to be provided after booking). The entire back yard is available to use including the grass area. Pool Extra: If and / or your pups would like to use the pool, please see the pool extras. The pool is a chlorine pool. The pool house is off limits and will remain locked. There is a hose behind the pool house for your use to rinse off before / after pool use. Please bring your own towels. Neighbors have dog(s) on adjacent fence which may be out occasionally. Because we do have nearby neighbors, if your dog(s) bark excessively and don’t settle well, we may not be the perfect spot for you - out of polite consideration for our neighbors. Thank you! We’re on a 1/3 of an acre in a quiet part of North Claremont. Lots of open grassy space but also lots of trees and shrubs and bushes to explore. Fully fenced and with seating for the “parents”. Easy no-contact access. There are two gates available to enter by, both visible and easy to access from the front yard. Free and abundant street parking on the cul-de-sac directly in front of the house.
