We have a 10-acre partially fenced-in property with a pond, a loop-around trail, a concrete pad basketball court, multiple small orchards, and a large garden. There are plenty of big open spaces for your dog to play and run.

This is the lot right next to my house. Its fully fenced and there is parking right in front of the gate. You can get to my house easily off of 71 Highway.

Come and enjoy the Kansas City areas first continuing Sniffspot private rentable dog yard. When you book our yard it is yours alone no other dogs or people to deal with, feel free to bring your family or friends as you and your pup/pups enjoy play, sniffing or just relaxing. Our yard is 125' by 70' + private yard, fencing is 3.5 feet in height, fresh water will be made available (with ample notice). This area is our play yard for our pups we are continuing to improve it as time and funds allow, we do have some equipment (currently hurdles, weave poles) on site that can be made available if requested (may be out but can be removed if you wish) One side of our yard does meet our neighbors property and they might be mowing or trimming during your visit ( if it does occur and disrupts your vist please let me know). Great place for your dog to run off some energy! Just over one acre of fenced in yard to play and chase animals. My dogs love to fetch there is more room in the yard than you can throw it. Fresh water daily! And fetch toys soon to come!

2+ acre mowed field close to grain valley, oak grove, lone jack, lees summit, and blue springs. Partially fenced with bar wire fence, tree line border on west side. Lots of room to run and play catch.

Simple back yard play area. .17 acres fully fenced in area with access to hose, can provide filtered water for dogs during 9-3 hours. Will be a 15 foot above ground pool in the dirt circle showed in pics, not for dogs. Solar panels create cover for dogs in hot &/or rainy weather. No cover for humans unless want to use the solar panels as well. Will be purchasing shelter eventually. No seating except couple lawn chairs. Fire ring avaialbe for small fires, must preregister to use. Dog bags & treats available from 10-2. Have a few frisbees & balls that our dogs can share. We are a farm that has chickens and ducks free ranging. We have other animals on the property that will be put away during your visit, or if they would like a friendly dog to play with, we have a few of those too!

There are two female Australian Shepard who are "work," dogs here. They are spoiled farm girls and are friendly with any dogs, they would not mind sharing their space and there is enough land here for any dog to stay active and healthy.

I have a large fully fenced in backyard. I do have a German shepherd that can be used as a playmate if I am Home during the booking or kept indoors if you prefer complete private playtime. Dog droppings are expected to be picked up and disposed of in the marked trash can. Dog bags are not provided.

Hello my name is Cody, Me and my significant other Allison absolutely love dogs. Her grandmother breeds Labradoodles so having a lot of pup's running around the yard is a normal sighting here. I am currently in the process of a few minor landscaping renovations to the property. We have had our lawn and house sprayed for fleas and ticks just last month when we moved in. I am available to be on call if needed. Also can offer dog walking services with Pick up and drop off available.
