Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Hi there, puppy lovers, hee hee. I’m right next-door to Jeff Caldwell‘s fence by Riverside subdivision of Townelake. Which means I live in Riada West with a lake in the backyard. There’s a sidewalk that goes around the lake and a open gate from my backyard that leads to it.

I have a 3+ acre piece of property behind the Hobby Lobby on Sawdust Road. I have areas that are both fenced and open. We are part of the Epic Creative Co-Op, and home to The Woodlands Art League. This will be a fun place for both you and your dog. I only allow 1 owner at a time on the property.

Carmopals front yard is a safe clean semi shaded private spot to play with your dog. I have several jumps and weave poles. There are three lights that you may manually turn on. There is mosquito repellent and poop bags in the brown box. There are dogs in the house so you may hear barking but no dogs along the fence line. Please enjoy and treat respectfully. I also have a pond at the bottom of the property. Every time I let my dogs out into the pasture, they act like its the first time and run around sniffing. Can't wait to share with all of you.

We offer a fully private, tranquil, peaceful holistic environment for you and your pet. We have a hydration station for both you and your furry friend as well as  wholesome treats. we have a romp around area for you to pick up ropes and squeaky toys to play around with your pup. Even frisbee will be available. After exercise/play, if you would like some holistic calming Lotion or Rikki or CBD rubs for your pup just advise me prior to your experience and I will be more than happy to provide. Other info is below😊 My name is Dominic, and I absolutely love animals! I had a beautiful dog when I was a little boy, and our bond was incredibly strong. He was my best friend. As I grew older, my love for animals simply got bigger. My family decided to open up our home so that people could have a safe place to board their pets whenever needed :) My wife and two children all love animals as well. Fair warning: Our little girl might turn your pet into a professional tea party host by the time you come to pick them up lol 🥳 🎉 Our home sits on an approximate 8,000 square ft lot, and our back yard is fenced in on all sides. We have a big tree in our back yard for shade, as well as two porches that are covered for shade as well. We also have 3 sprinklers (two 15ft rotators and one 180 degree sprinkler that sprays a really nice mist. Your dog will be free to roam around, play, dig, stretch, and use the restroom whenever needed. We do NOT have pesticides at our home. We believe in keeping a safe, healthy, fun environment for all pets who board with us. We are about to invest in a pet agility set as well! In addition to a kiddy pool for small/medium sized dogs. We take each pet for a minimum of 2 walks per day, and we also spend quality time with them. (Petting them, scratching their bellies, playing with them, etc!). 1 18f pool with dog friendly steps. Water trough for drinking or bathing. Chairs, hammock. Fire pit. 2 plum trees, a pomegranate tree and a small garden. Feel free to pick fruit if you see it. My dogs can be inside or come out and play. They are very friendly.
