We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool closes on October 9, 2024 and will reopen in April 2025. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round. We ask that you try to keep your dogs from playing on the pool cover.

Welcome to our farm retreat, just a short drive from historic Gettysburg! Here, your pups can enjoy 6 acres of fully fenced space right next to Oakside Community Park. It’s a peaceful spot where they can run, sniff, and play to their heart’s content. We value your privacy—so when we're home, we'll make sure to stay out of your way! If we're around, we'll have fresh water waiting for your pup. We also provide waste bags, tennis balls, hand sanitizer, and a table with chairs to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Roulette's Retreat - in honor of our dog who we lost to cancer. Conveniently located near Route 74 and Route 30. Fully fenced with 5ft chain link - the neighbor does have one dog that may be outside. The fences are over 10 feet apart. Small, simple yard with enough room for zoomies & fetch. The concrete patio in the backyard has a table and chairs with a shade sail over it. Small kiddie pool, food/water dishes, poop bags, and towels available for use upon request.

If that will bother your dog, we'd love to have you a different time.** Come visit us on our 9 acre farm, surrounded by farmland with no view of roads, dogs, or passersby! Large fully fenced play field perfect for chuck-it, frisbee, or just hanging out. Seating, shade, and raised beds available so you and your pup can take a breather. Check the extras for pools and agility equipment! One large former horse pasture surrounded by split-rail fencing for dogs who are on leash (or reliable off-leash) to sniff, hike and play in. PLEASE NOTE: Our Spot does not have good lighting. We will be changing our hours once the time changes, but in the meantime be aware of when the sun sets before you make an evening appointment.

An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. The back right corner of the yard has a play area with a playhouse, caterpillar tunnel, tire tunnel, climbing cube, climbing dome, car bed, the biggest tire you’ve ever seen, and hammock. We also have a bunch of dog toys, including several herding balls of various sizes. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. We are located in Sykesville, MD which is about 30 mins from Baltimore and Columbia. 15 minutes from Owings Mills, Ellicott City, and Westminster.

Home adjacent to Goshen Branch Stream Valley Park. Lots of open space and privacy. Help yourself to toys, poop dogs, and water for the dogs inside the smokehouse. Fresh water is put out frequently (as long as I'm in town). FREE doggie swimming pool Mondays through the Fridays in the summer months. My yard is best for dogs that are NOT reactive. I have neighbors who use their back yards and have pets and children!

We will have our yard aerated and over-seeded on October 14. We have been advised to limit traffic in the yard for 3 weeks after the work is finished. We regret any inconvenience this causes and we will really miss seeing your dogs. We hope that you will come back to see us when we open the yard again. The yard is fully fenced and we do not have other pets that will use the yard. We are located in a subdivision. We have had large and small dogs use our yard. Adam and Terrie love dogs and we no longer have a dog. We do not want to own another dog at this time but we love to have them around. We share our yard with you because it gives your dogs a chance to run and play and it gives us a chance to see a dog. We try to greet you as soon as you arrive, offer drinks and assistance, and if you allow it, we’d love to pet your dog(s)!
