My backyard is a nice size and fully fenced. There are hills on each side of the house and a few dog toys and tennis balls to play with. Chairs available for adults. Dog bags, Garbage, and a Chair.

Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is securely covered with a safety cover. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot. The pool will reopen on Memorial Day.

Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Hi! Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy, neither neighbors have dogs and are rarely outside. We have a hose you can use, and a gazebo with seating and chairs to relax and an outlet if needed. Our firepit and firewood is available for safe use. Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. The pool is OPEN. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Be sure to check yourself and dogs for ticks after a visit! Continuous tick preventatives are recommended for your outdoor pets! Let us know if you have any questions. Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Lots of shade after noon! Parking is off street in my driveway - there's plenty of space! Membership price includes access to the agility area. Located in the quiet Hamlet of Aquabogue set back on a flag property over 7 acres are primary residence resides on the rear property which allows for a 3 acre plus dog park in the beginning of the property fully fenced and private adjacent to a quiet nursery no neighbors or sounds or noises no pass or buyers or trafficthe nearest road is Hubbard Avenue which is well over 1000 feet away. Speed limit is 30 miles property is fenced in and fully accessible. Ample parking area is fully grass with no pesticides or poisonous apple wildlife to view osprey groundhogs, deer, rabbits and an occasional fox easy access directly off 105.

We have a beautiful fully fenced in big backyard for you and your pups to enjoy. The front has 8 ft white privacy fencing with the sides and back using a black chain link 4ft fully enclosed fence. There is an exit door at the back and front. We have a back deck with sectional seating, gas fire pit, dining table and Blackstone grill for your use if you would like. There is an umbrella for shade as well as a wood fire pit in the back. We have a hose hookup and sprinkler as well. There are doggy bags in the wire basket and a pooper scooper by the stairs. Please use both and leave dog bags in the big green trashcan by the gate. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

RULES AND REGULATIONS • Handlers must clean up after their pet. • Dogs with a known history of dangerous behavior and female dogs in heat are prohibited. • Dogs must have current vaccinations and licenses. • Dog must be wearing a collar with current dog license. • Puppies under four (4) months old prohibited. • Dogs must be spayed or neutered. • Leaving dogs unattended is prohibited. • Handlers must carry a leash at all times. • Limit two (2) dogs per person per visit. • Dogs must be leashed prior to entering and upon leaving area. • Dog owners and dogs must stay within the designated park area. • Dog must be removed from the park at the first sign of aggression. • No children under the age of 12 allowed in off-leash area. • No food, drink, or smoking allowed. • No choke or prong collars allowed. • No balls or toys permitted. • Dog owners must be at least 18 years old. • Owners and/or handlers are responsible for their dog’s actions. • You must pick up after your dog and place excrement in receptacles by each gate. • Any dogs outside this area must be on a leash (six foot long maximum). • Town of Brookhaven and New York State residents only are permitted in the park
