It is artificial turf so no mud when wet. The fencing is 6’ high. Surrounded by trees on 3 sides and a field on the third side. There are train tracks not viewable but audible nearby. There are frogs and snakes and goldfish. There is a hose and a baby pool your dogs are welcome to use, only available when weather is warm .
