The yard is fully fenced and we do not have other pets that will use the yard. We are located in a subdivision. We have had large and small dogs use our yard. Adam and Terrie love dogs and we no longer have a dog. We do not want to own another dog at this time but we love to have them around. We share our yard with you because it gives your dogs a chance to run and play and it gives us a chance to see a dog. We try to greet you as soon as you arrive, offer drinks and assistance, and if you allow it, we’d love to pet your dog(s)!

Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and is fully fenced but the back yard itself is unfenced and is not available for use. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! *It's finally cooler, and we got some rain! The grass is green again, and it's just been mowed as of 8/18.* We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a balance beam, a slide, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a little patio table if you'd like to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline. With the slide, not every dog can manage to get up it, so please just use your judgment and be safe 😁.

Amenities: We provide the following amenities for you and your pups: dog toys, fresh water, bug spray/sunscreen, and poop bags. Noises/Distractions: Our street is fairly quiet, but we are surrounded by apartment buildings so you may occasionally hear children playing or dogs walking by. Parking: Our driveway has space for 1-2 cars. You may park in the driveway. If for some reason the driveway isn't available for parking we'll inform you ahead of time! Street parking is permit-only weekdays from 8-5. You may not park in the lot next to the house, but there is also metered parking around the corner on Highland. Our fur babies love our space and we know yours will, too!
