Let your doggos run and play in a fully fenced, mature wooded setting right in the center of Indianapolis! The property is a certified wildlife habitat. As your pets play, enjoy birdwatching and sightings of cardinals, woodpeckers, blue jays, bluebirds, hummingbirds, finches, and more. Wildlife less present in winter. No pesticides or chemicals are used anywhere on the property. Grass is doggy-safe! Only organic cedar mulch with no dyes are present. A bat house installed at the back of the woods helps control mosquitos naturally in summer. NOTE: Straw blankets are in place to control muddy areas from concrete construction that was done this winter. I am controlling it as much as I can before reseeding the grass in spring and fall. Try to keep dogs off those areas as much as possible please, but I realize it won’t be possible to totally avoid them. Total lot size .67 acres; only the backyard is used for Sniffspot guests. Nearby traffic sounds are possible but not constantly present.
