10.5 acre farm in Bensalem pa along the neshaminy creek. We have a barn with 7 goats and 1 cow All dogs are welcome to utilize the trail and creek. Our property is partially fenced in but lots of space to run. Creek is perfect for the dogs to take a dip and trail is walkable. Welcome to our woods which run along the Skippack Creek. Come enjoy a hike through our trails with your buddy. Your pet will have plenty of sniffing to enjoy. We share the land with native vegetation and wildlife. We have almost half a mile of trails to hike through and enjoy through the different seasons. Please be weather wise. Roughly 5 acres in total. 3+ acres of woods with trails and another 1-1.5 acres of mowed lawn. Besides my own dog (Husky), There are chickens near the house in their fenced area. Plus several outdoor barn cats around the house and garage. Feel free to stop by (with prior notice) to walk the property with me before scheduling a visit with your pet.

I am a working horse farm and fields are anywhere from a smaller paddock to about 3 acres. Horses get moved around so location changes as to what is available. No climb 4'6" fencing, however there are spots a small dog can get under. Better situation for dogs that have a call back and are not gamey as I have many farm animals they could come in contact with if are not with owner. I have a toilet in the barn for use, plenty of electric outlets and water. Wash stall can also be used for hot water baths after visit. Dogs must be obedient to owners and non animal or human aggressive. You can also walk around the outside of the property on leash and go into Earleville state park land directly behind me.
