We have plenty of space for running around, playing frisbee, fetch, swimming.. whatever your fur baby is after. We are a small farm, which means we have chickens, ducks and goats. We keep our animals in their coops when fur friends are visiting. ***please note; we require notice at least one day in advance if the animals are to be kept in their coops. Otherwise we let them free range*** The creek has an easy entry location. It’s shallow water at that spot. Deeper water in other areas. Our property is sprayed using a food grade insect deterrent. Plus our chickens free range when there are no dogs around. This means very minimal tick sightings. We have children, so expect some toys around. If you’re bringing children, they’re welcome to play on the play structure. (Pending parental approval and supervision). Plenty of muskoka chairs to relax in while your fur baby plays. The road isn’t right beside the area where fur friends run, however it is accessible from the yard. If you have a dog that’s a flight risk or likes to chase cars, this isn’t the right spot for you. We have lots of dog friends that visit unleashed and listen well to their owners with no issues. Any questions, please ask!

This is an open yard, but we have made a dog park like fenced in for our dogs. Raised Dog bed, toys, bowls and poop bags available. Agility equipment available upon request. Spring pole available with a soft mat at the bottom to prevent doggies from injuries. Feel free to use the rest of the yard outside of the fence. Come, take a walk through my yard, into the woods and down a slope to get to Cazenovia Creek. While down by the creek, you will most likely not encounter another human being. The piece of creek is bordered by Northrup, Transit and the bridge on Southwestern Boulevard. Feel free to explore through the woods in solitude, it is a 10 minute walk down to the creek. I have an unfenced yard, so please have your furry friend on a leash if they are not leash trained. Once you get into the woods, you are more than welcome to go off leash. This is definitely a walk for boots or hikers. If it has been raining, the trail down will be muddy. The walk to the slope is wooded with many obstacles but definitely walkable ducking here and there under a branch.

Your pets are welcome to use the tree house to run up and down from as ours do. You can fill up the kids pool for a cool down, sit and watch your pet explore and burn up some of that brain energy while sniffing every corner of our fenced in yard. The open field and trees behind us allows for wild friends to also entertain you at times. No direct neighbours have pets, so you and your fur babies can enjoy our space without stress. You are welcome to leave your pets mess that you have picked up in the bin available to you and please be sure to close the gates and ensure that it is well latched as you enter and as you leave. You are welcome to site and watch from the lower deck, from the fire pit area or while sitting in a muskoka chair on the stone patio. We just ask that the upper deck remain close and off limits to you and your pet as our own pets are most likely inside watching. We understand some dogs prefer to have to have a human friend vs a fur friend, and that is okay with us as our fur babies prefer us over fur friends as well. Please leave the space as you found it, if something get broken please pick it up and let us know so that we can be sure to check it before our pets go play outback. We hope you will enjoy the fresh air and open space as we do.

Your dogs will love running, digging and playing on our private 10 acre property! The majority of running space is far away from the road. Private parking and a separate driveway are available so you don’t have to have any engagement if you don’t want to. Fresh water is available as well as chairs in shaded areas, so you can relax. We have mowed trails as well as hay fields to dig. It is likely you will get a glimpse of the deer or wild turkeys in our woods or hear the mooing of the cows across the valley. Help yourself to wild berries mid-summer, bring your golf clubs to drive balls while your dogs run and enjoy the peace of the woods behind you. We are half way between Buffalo and Rochester. 15 minutes from Darien Lake or Batavia. 20 minutes to Silver Lake. 30 from Letchworth State Park.

Nice grass field but muddy I have a hose to wash paws off Water. Bowls on deck. Open space side and back yard. Also have a wooded path that goes about 800 feet. Not manicured. But walkable hardwoods. Then goes into a pine woods. Quiet area

We have a good .5 acres (a field) in the back of our house. Easy access from Strickler Rd. Property is not fenced in...take a stroll around the Barn if you would like. We do own 3 dogs but they are always leashed when they go outside...and they are very friendly dogs.
