Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

We’re friendly and will stay out of your way, but can be as available as you need us to be. Since we don’t have a fence, we ask all pet parents to keep their pups leashed at all times. There are dogs and cats in the home. They will not be out during your reserved time. They may be audible or visible though through windows. Do not book if you have an unsocialized dog that cannot be around strangers. We have people visiting the property regularly and cannot plan around your visit. No one will bother you but we want to be transparent that you’re not visiting some isolated area with no activity. Do not allow your dog off-leash outside of the fenced-in area. There are cameras all over the property. Please be advised that you consent to being video recorded if you enter the property. You must park on the street. No parking in our driveway. Please make requests for Dog bowls or towels or treats (or anything else) prior to your booking and we will try to accommodate your requests. The spot is not scooped or cleaned by the owners. If you arrive and there is poop, scoop it if you do not want yourself or your dog to step in poop. Scoop up your own dog’s poop prior to leaving as well. We will not tolerate reviews about cleanliness of the spot as we are being very clear beforehand that the owners do not go out and scoop the spot for visitors. The spot is in a quiet neighborhood and there are two gates. The fence is well-secured and has been visited and enjoyed by hundreds of dogs over the years. No dog has ever escaped and the area is really fun for throwing a ball around or training your pet. We appreciate you reading this information and hope to host you soon.

The property is almost completely fenced in. Only about 8ft between the rear of the house and front of the garage that is not permanently fenced in. A metal folding gate/pen system encloses that space completely if needed and includes a walk through door. Yard is very large and private - two picnic tables, covered concrete patio area with additional wicker seating & table. Running water, large tree provides natural shade for your fur babies during spring/summer as well as access to the shaded seating area next to the garage. Completely level grass yard includes large vegetable garden in the summer at the far end of the property. The very large several acres of woods behind the garden and separated from the yard by a chain link fence gives off a very serene, calming feeling. Over 6’ tall solid wood picket fencing between house & extra large corner parking lot owned by homeowner for trailer/container storage. Other side of the property as well as across the back of the yard has 4+ft chain link fence. It’s a well manicured yard with plenty of room to play and explore . There are some wooded areas as well.There is a seating area and well as a gazebo with hammocks to relax while your pups explore the yard !

We have an acre of unfenced property at our home in East Setauket. The property is private and surrounded by trees and foliage for privacy. Because our yard is unfenced, we encourage owners whose dogs are off leash trained or who can make use of an electric collar if need be. We have a German Shepherd who we will either walk or keep inside so your dog can enjoy the space. We also have a stone patio with seating.
