There are some Russian Olive Trees on the South side of the Park that provide wonderful shade, as well as a cottonwood near the North side, providing even more shade. Hi there!! I am a dog lover who never had my own yard. It was so hard to find safe places to Take my dogs. Now I have a yard and I want to be able to share it with others. It is a Fenced yard that is about .5 acres. It is split by concrete down the middle. The dogs can run and play without worrying about running away or other dogs. There might be other dogs in the other yards or there might not be. We ask that dogs do not bark incessantly to disturb neighbors. Normal play noise is to be expected. There is a hose if needed water. Bathroom/indoor will not be accessible, will be locked.

Please enter through south fence (large brown gate). My fence is a three-rail, welded, pipe fence because I have horses. I have a large pasture on the south side where dogs could play with ease. I do have prairie dogs and cotton tail rabbits on my property so prey driven dogs will be stimulated! If you’d like a mile walk to the back of the property I can lock the horses up. You will need to open a second gate to continue west. There is a very large pond just past the gate to the right. The pond dries out in the fall and fills up in the spring. You’re are welcome to let your dogs explore it. However, they will get muddy feet when it’s holding water. My neighbor just to the south has a fence made of trees right up against my fence. At the end of the property, you may continue on (north) for a longer walk. You will enjoy a quiet, peaceful walk with your dog/dogs. We do have coyotes in the area so be aware.

Perfect for dogs that need space to run, play, and explore. Variety of footing - mowed grass, rock, flagstone. Also has a large number of shrubs and trees for sniffing and exploring around. There are resident squirrels that frequently run the back fence for entertainment as well! I do not use chemicals in my yard for pests or weeds. There is a table and chairs with an umbrella for use, as well as a large hammock that is shaded in the afternoons. The umbrella and hammock are unavailable during the winter months.

We are redoing the outside fencing so the way to get in for now is kind of weird, sorry! You move the black trash can, move the fencing like a door, and go thru. We have a poop scoop and a bucket outside for clean up. There is a huge double water bowl outside for water. We also have some fetch toys! There are cameras all around the property and 4 people live here, so feel free to ask questions if you have any!

Convenient location on the frontage road of E Mulberry St near I-25. Let your pups stretch their legs with the large fenced yard. Relax on the chairs provided. Waste bags are provided. Bring your own water bowl and water, toys, and anything else your dog or dogs might enjoy! A few notes. If your dog or dogs are super reactive to loud noise, other people, or other animals, this may not be the best location for them, the area is business/industrial and near a major road. It is possible that the smallest of dogs, diggers, and jumpers may find ways through the fence, please inspect the fence before letting your pups loose. For mornings and evenings during the summer months, you may want to consider wearing longer clothes and bringing bug spray for mosquitos.

It’s a simple field with a couple obstacles for agility. Fence is secure and field is private and in a quiet neighborhood! Fresh water is available from the spout by the garage (to the right of the garage door). Poo bags/garbage in the field for your use as needed. You can park on the driveway or the street and access the yard from the gate on the west side of the house. Please pickup after your pet or child. I do have a dog that will come out barking if I'm not home to block her inside. She's very friendly, she just sounds ferocious with her loud bark.
