We are a farm property located in Lyons, CO. Our property has a variety of fenced in areas. There is a variety of farm animals on the property (Alpacas, Cows, Goats) that you are welcome to observe, but dogs are to NEVER interact with the animals.

Dogs love it here and never want to leave! There is a large open space nestled between the foothills just outside of the noise of town. The lake is not too deep, and it's perfect for teaching your dog how to swim. It is a bit muddy, so bring a towel for your car ride home. Picnic tables and chairs available. Bring a picnic lunch and have a unique and private experience! There is a clean composting toilet on site, as well.

When you drive into the driveway, you will enter through the wooden fence on the right. The yard spans all the way around the garage into a large open area for playing fetch. There is a water hose immediately to your right as you enter next to the back door to fill bowls. There are several toys in the yard one dog bed that can be thrown around as well. Our yellow labs truly enjoy the large open space. Safe and fully fenced!

Convenient location on the frontage road of E Mulberry St near I-25. Let your pups stretch their legs with the large fenced yard. Relax on the chairs provided. Waste bags are provided. Bring your own water bowl and water, toys, and anything else your dog or dogs might enjoy! A few notes. If your dog or dogs are super reactive to loud noise, other people, or other animals, this may not be the best location for them, the area is business/industrial and near a major road. It is possible that the smallest of dogs, diggers, and jumpers may find ways through the fence, please inspect the fence before letting your pups loose. For mornings and evenings during the summer months, you may want to consider wearing longer clothes and bringing bug spray for mosquitos.

Enjoy the unobstructed views of Longs and Meeker Peaks while your dog runs like it was meant to do. The entire property is 10 acres and the sniffspot area is 6.5 acres. Also have smaller enclosures that can be used for training or new dog intros. You may see us working in our lavender fields while you are here. There had been a few horses and cows in the pasture before but they are gone now. Consider booking for half an hour on hot summer days. Sweet, fully fenced area close to open space in southwest Longmont, 10 minutes north of the north end of Boulder. Our small dog, Oliver, loves to play fetch and run around with other dogs in the yard, so let us know if your dog would like a playdate. No worries if not! Most dogs also love seeing the cows across the street, and going in between the shady and sunny spots. Nice for humans too – it feels rural, but it’s just outside of town. Beautiful view of the mountains. We have a chuck-it, some balls, baggies, water & hand sanitizer 😊🐶 enjoy!
