Humans can relax in a comfy chair in the covered patio area and toss a ball while sipping on a cold beverage or hot coffee from our self- serve coffee bar (all provided). This spot also has great night lighting if you want to come at night. I feel like I have to newly brand our temporary back yard for you, our guests. This isn’t a fancy ass backyard with all the sweet little amenities. We have a beautiful large yard for your pup to run and a very functional pool THAT MAY HAVE LEAVES in it. If you have any doubts then please read the reviews. IF you have any issues please message me before leaving a negative or less than 5 star review so that I can fix the issue. I’m more than willing to accommodate and suggestions are always welcome. Please don’t expect a perfect backyard as explained in our description. :) Hello! This is our newly purchased home that we will be renovating but in the meantime our backyard is yours for you and your doggos! I may or may not be there working but you’re welcome to use our yard and pool whether I’m there or not for the time being. Once construction is done we will be expecting to stop offering our yard sometime after 9/1/24. We do have small gaps in our front gate that small dogs may be able to escape, pics shown. Please keep that into consideration if you have smaller dogs. We have an amazing open space and a pool should you or your dog want to go for a swim. The neighbors dog may or may not be out there but we are working on putting in privacy slats so they don’t bother barking too much. We have a half-acre of land in which your dog can roam. There are many trees they can walk and sniff under to keep shady. There's a nice long stretch of open yard so you can throw a ball. The pool is big but not very deep - swimmers rejoice in the summer! The pool is not fenced for those fearful of their dogs around water. Looking for a few nice respectful owners and dogs.

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Jump in the pool, do agility, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just jumps, hoops, and tunnel. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. Photos show it set up in the smallest section of the yard to leave the bigger areas for fetch, but you can easily move it around. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus pool and patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) VACCINATIONS: Please send to me in the chat. (Hosts cannot see vaccination records uploaded to your profile.) Rabies, distemper, and parvo are required. The ACVIM recently added Leptospirosis too, and I'll be following up with my vet to clarify this. I do my best to review records quickly, but the time required to track all guest records really adds up. It is the guest's responsibility to make sure their dogs are up to date; this is in the Sniffspot guest rules. Please don't make me be the bad cop and tell your doggie they can't come at the last minute. I want them to be able to come! 🐶💕

4th of an acre enclosed yard secured by brick and wood fencing. Plenty of room to run as well as different things to experience. While watching your dog enjoy themselves sit down in the shade have a water and enjoy the view or for an extra fee use the private spa and barbecue grill. Friendly goats on property to view as well.
