We are open 6am - 11pm and closed one day every two weeks for irrigation unless you request a puppy water day we will open for your requested time. Feel free to contact us for more information about irrigation and timing. We do not control irrigation days, and we do our best to block the calendar based on historical irrigation timing. Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! No pool right now but you’re welcome to use the little kiddie pool! Do agility, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just jumps, hoops, and tunnel. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. Photos show it set up in the smallest section of the yard to leave the bigger areas for fetch, but you can easily move it around. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Please don't worry about dirt in the pool; we'll turn the vacuum on when you leave. :) Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

This is my second time here and each time has been great. Easy to get to and super clean. So much space to run and the best grass. The host provides plenty of water, even for 2 Rotties, and there are a ton of toys your pups can use. One of my dogs is reactive to other animals and sometimes people so I was a little worried about the chain link fencing along the back and the chickens. The back fence hasn’t been an issue (although no one has passed while we’ve been there) but it does look secure. My dog did get a little riled up seeing the chickens the first time but the yard is big enough that I was able to bring him to the other side of the yard and distract him with toys. The second time, they had a cover on part of the enclosure and while my dog did go over to check it out, he didn’t seem to mind it this time. The space is gorgeous, clean, and a great place to exercise and play with your dogs. We’ll definitely continue to come back.

Awesome Sniffspot! Host was amazing squeezing us in to celebrate a gotcha day & super responsive & flexible. The backyard was just as pictured. Plenty of space to run and cute photo opportunities. The chickens are completely closed off but the dogs loved checking them out. Whole place is completely fenced off, but the front gate is just a little short in case you have dogs who are jumpy. Otherwise it was amazing! Will be coming back, thank you. ☺️

We had such a great experience at this Sniffspot! The property was clean, spacious, and secure—perfect for our dog to run around freely and safely. There were plenty of toys, including balls for fetch, fresh water available, and even agility obstacles that our pup loved exploring. It’s located in a safe, nice neighborhood that’s also centrally located, which made getting there a breeze. So welcoming for dogs and humans!!! Peaceful, big backyard with many places to sit and watch your dogs play. Lots of balls and Frisbees in case you forgot your own. We loved the soft grass!!! Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
